4. Heat the pot, brush a layer of oil in the pot, add garlic and thyme and stir fry, and put the cow in the pot.
5. Take a piece of butter, spread it on the surface of the steak and let the butter melt on the surface of the steak. If the steak you buy is 3-4cm thick, it takes about 1 minute and a half to 2 minutes to fry each side, and the thicker steak takes longer.
6. Don't rush to eat fried steak. Let stand for about 5 minutes. You can lock the gravy in the steak and it will taste juicy.
