Dalian General Computer College, founded in September 1993, is an educational institution specializing in IT personnel training. At present, the school has become the off-campus learning center of modern distance education in Tsinghua University, the off-campus learning center of modern distance education in xidian university, the Dalian branch of China Computer Correspondence University, the northeast training and assessment management center of ICDA, and the member unit of Dalian Computer Society.
