Small language degree certificate (KDS)

To study in Germany, GDS requires applicants to pass the German exam to prove their solid German foundation and good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. At present, there are many exams and language certificates recognized by German universities. The common ones are:

TestDaF= Foreign students applying for the college entrance examination German level as a foreign language, which is unified by the "Telford Examination Institute" in Hagen, Germany, and held many times around the world every year. The result is valid for life, and you can participate unlimited times.

DSH= German test for foreign students applying for university entrance, each university has its own proposition, and the test is held twice a year.

ZOP= central advanced examination certificate of Goethe Institute.

GSD/KSD= Language Certificate of Goethe-Institut, which is an irregular examination held by Goethe-Institut.

The B2 certificate of Goethe Institute is also equivalent to the Telford certificate. It is worth mentioning that some universities allow students to have 600 or 800 hours of certificates in China, and then go to Germany to take the DSH exam. However, in this case, they have to go back to China without passing two exams abroad, so it will be more reassuring to get the admission notice directly through Telford or other exams. This depends on your own situation. Generally speaking, if you can attend the class with the most class hours in each course, you can attend a Telford pre-test training course after completing the four courses in A 1-B2, and take a week off after each course, which may take 10 months or even longer. Of course, you have met some strong people who have mastered a language in a short time.
