But some companies will let newcomers blindly buy the same product, telling newcomers that this product is good, but not a product is suitable for everyone. It's important to learn to tailor your clothes. For example, a silk dress is gorgeous and beautiful, but not everyone is suitable to wear it, but we can't say that this product is not good. The key is how to help customers choose the products that suit them. The training of these products is often done more professionally by foreign companies. Many Chinese-funded companies are spoon-feeding new people to find acquaintances to buy those large dividend products, and the most basic protection of customers has been abandoned. If something really goes wrong, insurance won't solve anything. This is my feeling after working in a Chinese company for many years.
