In the process of practicing, I deeply understand the importance of integrating theory with practice, and I also deeply understand that lawyers need to keep learning. Although there are not many cases of agency in the past 20 years, every case has benefited me a lot, and I have realized the profoundness of China's laws. Every case should be fully prepared before the trial, communicate with the client, investigate and collect evidence; During the trial, I learned about the working attitude and handling ideas of the opposing agent, and the judge's understanding of the case and the application of the law. Because of my efforts, although the results of some cases are not satisfactory to the parties, they have been recognized by the parties, and I am deeply gratified!
In addition to litigation cases, I have also done a lot of non-litigation work, including drafting, reviewing and modifying the contract of the consulting unit, reviewing the rules and regulations of the consulting unit, and training personnel. In the process of drafting and amending the contract, I should not only have a clear and operable agreement on the terms of the contract, but also seek more suggestions or opinions from the personnel of the relevant contract performance department in view of the possible problems in the performance process. Through the situations they encounter or may encounter in practice, they should be as clear as possible in the terms of the contract, which provides the necessary premise for dealing with disputes in the future. As a qualified lawyer, we should not only do a good job in litigation, but also develop more non-litigation business.
Third, study.

Now that the network is developed, many laws and regulations will be released through the network at the first time, and there will be many opinions on new laws and regulations for our reference, so making full use of network resources can provide many shortcuts for our study. In addition, many courts will publish typical cases on their websites. Learning these cases can also accumulate our practical experience. I usually go to some professional legal websites after work, which is very helpful for my work. At the same time, we should also pay attention to some current news, because the introduction of many new policies often involves legal changes.
One year's work has made me deeply aware of my lack of knowledge and research and exploration of new types of difficult cases. Work for 20 years, sum up experience, step up study and improve practical level. As social legal workers, lawyers should be clear about their job responsibilities. With the continuous development of lawyer business as the core, according to the work arrangement at the beginning of the year, with the encouragement and help of leaders, I have done some work that should be done. There are not many lawyers in our law firm, which is small in China, but our management has always been unremitting. In order to do a good job, our hospital has also added a post of administrative management, and hired comrades with work experience to focus on internal management. Due to strict management, since its establishment, our firm has not found any illegal practice of lawyers, and the Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Municipal Lawyers Association have not received any complaints against our lawyers.
Two, actively organize the training of lawyers in our firm, and actively explore ways and means to comprehensively strengthen the training of lawyers. My law firm regularly organizes training for practicing lawyers, adheres to high standards and strict requirements, and conducts systematic special training for practicing lawyers. At the same time, professional lawyers are regularly organized in the institute to discuss major issues such as the promulgation of the new law, the theoretical frontier, and the hot spots of lawyer practice, and to discuss some difficult cases. Our firm also actively participates in various trainings organized by the Lawyers Association, and all lawyers can study hard and strengthen their professional level.
Third, provide a paid legal service market for the masses and improve the status of lawyers. Civil defense is my strong point in the lawyer's business. I often handle some influential cases and get good results. We take the cases seriously, serve clients warmly, meet their urgent needs, and abide by lawyers' professional ethics and practice discipline. At the same time, our institute provides free legal advice to migrant workers who come to our institute regularly and tries our best to help the disadvantaged groups. Over the past year, our firm has carried out lawyer business in an all-round way, requiring lawyers to bear in mind that lawyers are socialist legal workers, consciously strengthen ideological and moral cultivation and enhance their sense of responsibility.
Four, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and actively learn from the advanced experience of other law firms. My office tried to communicate with other law firms. He organized many experience exchanges and discussion meetings with lawyers of other law firms, and conducted extensive exchanges and in-depth discussions on the experiences and problems in the development of various law firms. Five, organize practicing lawyers to strengthen theoretical study, write legal articles and collect classic cases. In order to strengthen our lawyers' research on theory and practice, we decided to write legal papers and collect cases, not only to study some hot laws and regulations, but also not to relax our discussion on other relatively obscure legal provisions, and strive to improve our comprehensive quality. Lawyers who practice in my practice have also published legal papers and legal related comments in publications. We will discuss and evaluate the legal papers written to ensure the quality of the papers.
