Undergraduate students of Beihang University need to pass CET-4 and CET-6 before graduation. If they fail, they will not be able to get a degree certificate. Theoretically, if you can't pass CET-4 in Beihang University, you may not be able to graduate on time.

This doesn't mean that you can't continue your studies. You can choose to take CET-4 again and try to get in, or take an English training class to improve your English.
