After graduation, medical undergraduates must receive a three-year standardized training for residents (referred to as regulation training). Such medical graduates are called medical regulation trainees.
Generally speaking, after graduation, students are trained for 3 years, graduate students for 2 years and doctors for 2 years. Mainly used to help solve the problem of manpower shortage in large hospitals and reduce a series of expenses. The postgraduate training categories that the state plans to recruit are mainly divided into five categories: unified recruitment, combined students, undergraduate students, undergraduate students and self-funded students.
According to the different forms of supervision and training, the wages of supervised students are also different:
1. Participate in the training program of this unit. After the training program, you need to serve in this unit for several years, and the treatment is relatively good.
2. The wages of the entrusted trainees are paid by the original unit, and the treatment is the same as that of the training base. The insufficient part is paid by the training unit, and the state subsidy is 20,000 yuan per year. However, after the training, you must serve in the original unit for 5- 10 years.
3. Participate in the training program independently. The treatment is paid by the training hospital and local finance, and can also receive state subsidies. However, you need to find a job again after the training program is completed.
4. Postgraduate training is only partially subsidized, and there is no salary and state subsidy for postgraduate training. However, after graduation, you can integrate four certificates (graduate diploma, degree certificate, medical practitioner certificate and standardized training certificate for residents).
