Zi rice noodle practice daquan
The following small series introduces several methods of purple rice noodles for everyone:

Mizi mantou

Ingredients: purple rice flour100g, flour 200g, yeast 3g.

Exercise:

1 Mix flour, purple rice flour, sugar and yeast powder with water.

2 Knead the dough and ferment for 4 minutes.

Divide into big dough and small dough.

4 round off after waking up 10 minutes, finalize the design.

5. After fermenting for 30 minutes, steam over medium fire 10 minute.

Purple rice sweet glutinous dumplings

Ingredients: 200g of purple rice flour, 0/00g of black sesame/kloc-,80g of sugar and 20g of lard.

Exercise:

1. Stir-fry black sesame seeds with low fire, crush them, and add sugar. lard

2. Stir the purple rice flour with proper amount of water, knead it into dough, break it into small pieces and flatten it one by one.

3. Wrap the black sesame stuffing into purple rice flour and knead it into a circle.

4. Add water to the pot and boil the dumplings until they float.

Purple rice paste

Ingredients: 50g of purple rice flour and 20g of brown sugar.

Exercise:

1, purple rice flour is mixed into paste with cold water.

2. Add a small amount of water to the pot to boil.

3. Down-regulate purple rice paste and sugar

4. Stir at low temperature for 5 minutes.

Tips: This purple rice paste and complementary food suitable for babies can be eaten by babies over half a year old!
