In recent years, Gudao Oil Production Plant has been focusing on the actual information construction of oil production plant, aiming at "innovation, transformation and refinement", starting from two aspects of data quality and data application, gradually improving the data coverage and quality, building an "available and credible" oil production engineering geological database, and strengthening the data application and data service of oil production engineering database on the basis of summarizing, upgrading and perfecting the experience of oil production engineering database construction in oil production plant. This paper focuses on how to collect and manage oil production engineering geological data and how to use these data to provide services for different types of applications such as engineering management, comprehensive research and statistical analysis, and achieved good results.

1 Present situation of geological data resources of oil production engineering

The database of oil production engineering was established from 1998 to 2005. After several years' efforts, its historical data have been preserved, supplemented and improved, but there are still two problems: on the one hand, because oil production engineering involves a wide range of technologies, strong comprehensiveness and very complex characteristics, the requirements for information are relatively high, including source data of reservoirs, equipment, technology and economy, but it is impossible to collect data at present. On the other hand, the data processing system has not really been established, and the application of oil production engineering needs a lot of statistics and special calculations. However, at present, there is no system specification for these rules and algorithms, and they are basically designed manually or independently, resulting in inconsistent application data. Therefore, it can be said that there is no real application system of oil production engineering geological data based on source data and oriented to final application, which directly affects the quality of production application and auxiliary decision-making. The reality requires the establishment of a unified application system for geological data management of oil production engineering based on the source and facing the final application, so as to realize the unification of data sources and the systematization and standardization of application.

With the changes of oilfield development situation and the continuous development of technology, grass-roots units need to continuously add new materials. New materials have increased, and old materials have not been optimized and integrated, resulting in more and more grass-roots materials, which greatly increased the workload of grass-roots units.

3) There are many duplicate data. At present, the method of filling in data by grade and major can't solve the problem of repeated filling in data. There are many repeated data items in the reports and ledgers of various disciplines, which need to be filled in and calculated many times. Only the data of daily liquid production of a single well has been used for more than a dozen times in different reports.

2 existing problems

1) has not established a unified and standardized business rules and business specification database for data processing and processing of oil production engineering geological data, and it is impossible to realize the unification and standardization of oil production engineering data processing on the whole level.

2) The data items in the existing geological database of oil production engineering cannot meet the requirements of current oil production engineering. For example, data such as equipment usage and economic indicators have not been collected in the database, and the collection scope needs to be continuously expanded.

3) The data sources of each application system are scattered, and there is no support from the source geological data database of oil production engineering, so it is difficult to ensure the unity or uniqueness of the data related to oil production engineering.

4) The existing application systems are scattered and need to be integrated. At the same time, according to the requirements of refined management of oil production engineering, it is necessary to extend information construction to the grassroots level and to deep-seated applications such as analysis and early warning.

3 Oil production engineering geological data management and comprehensive application countermeasures

3. 1 realizes the integrated management of oil production engineering data, and lays a data foundation for the application of oil production engineering.

3. 1. 1 Build a business-oriented geological data database of oil production engineering.

Application data model is the normative embodiment of physical application database. It is an organic data organization system that originates from data sources, follows business logic rules and faces the final application. Together with the business rule base, it constitutes the core of the geological data database system of oil production engineering, and provides application data and business logic services for the application of various business entities.

Based on the source database, the oil production engineering geological database is gradually established. At present, there are 50 data sheets of oil production, water injection, gathering and transportation and operation 150, and the number of records reaches 1.3 million (table 1).

3. 1.2 Establish business rule base for data processing of oil production engineering.

The business rule base of oil production engineering stores data processing rules and business logic rules related to business or data statistics, which not only realizes the processing and verification of application data model and application-oriented data organization, but also realizes the separation and extensible management of business logic and application, which fundamentally solves the demand that application systems cannot adapt to business changes.

The construction of business rule base includes: systematization and standardization of business process, professional algorithm rules and comprehensive analysis indicators. The business rule base contains the processing rules of oil production engineering indexes at all levels, which provides business logic support for data generation of application database.

Starting from the business requirements, combined with the algorithm of developing and applying indicators, and under the repeated argumentation of business experts in oil production plants, the statistical algorithm of technical management indicators of oil production and water injection in oil production plants was finally formed, which unified five categories 100 of technical management indicators: daily statistical indicators, monthly production indicators, monthly technical indicators, monthly energy consumption indicators and monthly mechanical production indicators.

3. 1.3 Implement some effective measures to strengthen data quality monitoring.

In the data management of oil production engineering geological data, we adopt "data link closed-loop management" (figure 1), in which the link includes: data acquisition, data audit, data processing, data storage, data application and data perfection. The chain is rotating, and the links are rotating. The links are independent, interlocking, interrelated and mutually promoting. Through a number of measures, the data management integration is implemented in the whole process and in all directions, and the internal optimization of each link and the overall optimization of the system are realized, so as to improve the data quality.

(1) Strengthen the organization and management to provide a strong guarantee for the project construction.

In order to make the database construction of oil production engineering run efficiently and give full play to the supporting role of data resources in oilfield production, operation and construction, the oil production plant has set up a leading group for data quality improvement and application projects. The project leading group consists of project management operation group and data application promotion group, and its members are experts, leaders and technicians in scientific research, production and information. Through careful organization, careful planning, implementation of measures, strengthening operation management, and strengthening coordination between units (departments) and systems, work efficiency and operation quality have been continuously improved, ensuring the realization of the overall goal.

(2) Improve the standard system to make data collection and management run efficiently.

Concentrate on in-depth study of the source point data acquisition system, analyze the structure, reform the process, improve the system and standards, and make the data acquisition management system more standardized and orderly.

First, improve the reporting standards and unify the collection requirements. In order to promote the standardized operation of data collection, we should grasp the source point, track the demand, conduct in-depth research, constantly improve the data collection management assessment standards such as data filling standards of oil production projects and data assessment contents of oil production plants, and strive to achieve the "three cleanups" of data collection, that is, which tables are collected at the source point data collection post, which data items are clearly filled in and checked.

The second is to improve the management system and clarify the job responsibilities. In order to further standardize the management of professional data in oil production plants and give full play to the role of "geological data of oil production engineering" in production and development, according to the Measures for the Management of Data Collection in Oil Production Plants, relevant rules and regulations such as "Detailed Rules for the Information Management of Underground Operation Data" and "Regulations for the Management of Surface Engineering Data" have been formulated. And the data collection, inspection, error correction, data evaluation and other links are defined, so that the basic management of data can be based on evidence, and the data inspection system can be fully guaranteed.

(3) Enrich data inspection rules and strengthen data quality control.

In order to further reduce the error rate of oil production engineering geological data and improve the quality of new data storage, a data quality rule system is constructed from two aspects: data integrity inspection rules and data item inspection rules, and the wrong data is automatically controlled from multiple angles and in all directions through programs. According to different business requirements, we can dynamically modify and improve the inspection conditions of corresponding data tables and data items, and effectively control the data quality from the source (Table 2).

(4) Strengthen error correction and spot check to improve data availability.

By constantly improving the data error correction system, we mobilize technicians from all engineering fields in the factory to find, feedback and correct erroneous data in application. In 20 13 years, with the joint efforts of production, management and technical personnel of the whole plant, * * * verified more than 200 problems 1200, and revised various production data. In addition, professional departments randomly check the project report data, and strengthen the data sampling and assessment. The development of these works has greatly reduced the data error and effectively promoted the improvement of data acquisition quality.

3.2 Integrate innovation, strengthen application and promote comprehensive application research of oil production engineering.

3.2. 1 Through optimized combination, the report accounts of all levels in the oil production plant are unified.

Grass-roots units, as first-line grass-roots production units, hold first-hand business data. In order to meet the needs of production and operation, various professional departments have issued a large number of reports in different formats, and also made various reports for their own management needs. These reports not only provide accurate data for production and operation, but also increase the workload of grass-roots units. At the same time, the statistical standards and algorithms of various indicators in the report are not uniform, which leads to different statistical standards of different personnel with the same production index, which increases the difficulty of standardization and standardization of production operation management in grass-roots units.

In order to reduce the burden of manually sorting out reports and ledgers at the grass-roots level, it is necessary to realize automatic generation and online query on the basis of standardizing and unifying reports and ledgers at all levels, so as to realize the basic application requirements of oil production engineering data base.

3.2.2 Based on the engineering database, a comprehensive application platform for oil production engineering is constructed.

In order to improve the refined management of oil production engineering and the application level of grass-roots informatization, realize the standardization and standardization of basic management, reduce the workload of grass-roots units and improve the quality and utilization rate of engineering data, the comprehensive application construction of engineering data is carried out according to the classification of injection, production, transportation and repair. Combined with business processes and business requirements, focusing on business activities such as engineering dynamics, production early warning, statistical analysis and comprehensive query of single well information, and following the principles of emergency first, practicality first, construction, use and improvement, an application platform covering four majors of factories, mines, teams and stations is established to realize branches, factories, mines and stations from data. Functionally, it can realize the step-by-step navigation of branches, factories, mines and team stations according to the authority, meet the application needs of users such as query, statistics and analysis, and realize the bottom-up and integrated application of oil production engineering data.

3.2.3 Verify the accuracy of index data and promote the application of engineering platform.

In order to improve the promotion and quality of the platform, in the process of popularization and application, seminars were organized for many times, and technicians from departments and grass-roots units were organized to check the accuracy of report algorithms and data. After repeated argumentation by local and factory business experts, the algorithms of 100-meter-ton liquid power consumption, maintenance-free period and pump inspection period were modified, and finally the statistical algorithm of technical management indicators of oil production, water injection, gathering and transportation and operation in oil production plants was formed, which unified daily statistical indicators and monthly statistical indicators.

3.2.4 Strengthen application training to ensure the promotion and operation of the platform.

Training is a powerful tool for the popularization and application of software projects. Since the formal operation of the system, the oil production plant has organized more than 200 technicians from the management area librarians, engineering technicians, injection and production management departments, gathering and transportation management departments, operation centers and other departments to carry out training, and formulated regular training plans, so that technicians at all levels can master the system functions as soon as possible and begin to apply it.

4 conclusion

In the process of establishing the geological data collection and management system of oil production engineering and making it serve production, we deeply realize that the construction and application service of geological data center should take "breaking professional barriers, connecting business processes and promoting information sharing" as the goal, adhere to the working concept of information service production, service management and service grassroots, and take demand as the service direction and motivation. Having perfect, available and credible data resources has strongly supported the application of the integrated application service platform, and the application of the integrated service platform has promoted the construction of a perfect data center. The two complement each other and promote the development and application of geological information construction.
