Employer's responsibilities:

6. Make clear what facilities, equipment or articles in the home are not allowed to be used or touched by domestic workers before employees take up their posts, and take good care of valuables.
7. It must be clear that domestic workers are irresponsible for jobs that require professional knowledge to judge and operate, such as treating emergencies of infants and adults.
8. Domestic workers shall not be ordered to be employed by others in any other position.
Responsibilities of domestic helpers:
1. You must have at least 5 days' training in domestic service before taking up your post.
2. Urge employers to purchase domestic comprehensive insurance before taking up their posts.
3. During the service period, the employer shall be responsible for the safety of the employer's family members and property.

5. After the employer decides to employ the domestic workers recommended by the domestic service company, it shall pay the agency fee of RMB to the domestic service company on the day of signing the Registration Form of Domestic Service Agency.
Termination of the agreement:
1. The employer or domestic worker may terminate this agreement by giving the other party a written notice of 15 days or paying wages equivalent to 15 days in lieu of notice.
2. If either party seriously violates the contents confirmed in the annex "Accommodation, Housekeeping Arrangements and Other Requirements", one party may put forward suggestions and amendments to the other party in writing, which will be confirmed and signed by the other party, and this agreement can be immediately dissolved after more than three times.
3. Domestic workers are obviously negligent, passive and disloyal.
4. The employer fails to guarantee the rest and vacation of domestic workers as agreed; Arrears of wages for more than 2 months, or fails to pay wages on the specified date for more than 2 times; Give domestic workers a long-term overload workload; It obviously damages the personal safety, health, privacy and personality of domestic workers.
5. Employers and domestic workers "privately form an alliance" and maliciously harm the interests of domestic companies.
Integrity deposit:
If the domestic company is willing to be responsible for the supervision and arbitration of the "good faith deposit" outside the intermediary service, then:
Employers pay 500 yuan/year, and domestic workers pay 200 yuan/year, which is registered by trusted institutions and kept by domestic companies. In case of any of the circumstances in Articles 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Agreement "Termination of Agreement", the "good faith deposit" of the parties concerned shall be deducted as a penalty accordingly.

Employers and domestic workers must first confirm this appendix before signing the agreement. This annex must be sent to the employer at least one week before signing the agreement, so that the employer can have enough time to clarify the working accommodation and living environment provided by him, as well as the details and personalized requirements of his domestic service. Domestic workers must judge whether they can fulfill the requirements put forward by their employers according to their own abilities and experiences. Both parties shall sign for confirmation after consultation.
