What does a cadre college do?
The Cadre College, sponsored by the China Producer Party, educates leading cadres in party member on their ideals and beliefs and revolutionary traditions. It is a supplement to the Party School and the School of Administration. There are Jinggangshan Cadre College, Yan 'an Cadre College and Pudong Cadre College in the central government. It mainly trains cadres at or above the departmental level and county party secretaries. All provinces have cadre colleges, including one, two and three.
