The Internal Organization and Responsibilities of the School of Continuing Education of Xuchang University
The College of Continuing Education consists of four teaching and research institutions: comprehensive training department, academic affairs department, office and student department. The responsibilities of each department are as follows:

I. Office

1, carry out the policies, regulations and school rules and regulations of the higher authorities, and supervise and inspect the implementation of all departments;

2, formulate hospital administrative measures and rules and regulations;

3. Responsible for the management of hospital documents and archives (including the receipt, registration, sending, reminders and archiving of official documents), and guide all departments in the hospital to do a good job in archives and confidentiality;

4. Responsible for the contact and reception of official exchanges inside and outside the school;

5. Be responsible for the publicity work of the college, plan and arrange important activities of the college, and prepare and organize various meetings;

6, to guide the statistical work of various business departments of the hospital, responsible for the summary and reporting of all kinds of statistical data;

7. Responsible for ordering, keeping, borrowing, sending and receiving letters and newspapers;

8, responsible for the attendance of faculty. Assist the hospital leaders to handle the annual assessment, job evaluation, salary promotion, reward and other related personnel management work of faculty and staff;

9, to assist the hospital leaders to do a good job in the coordination of various charges in our hospital;

10, responsible for managing the procurement, accounting and maintenance of office equipment and supplies;

12, according to the requirements of the school public security work responsibility system, do a good job of public security in our hospital, and arrange duty on holidays;

13, responsible for enrollment by correspondence, assisting correspondence department to transfer correspondence students, transfer stations, transfer majors, and coordinate enrollment by correspondence stations;

14. Assist the undertaking department to order, purchase and distribute self-study and correspondence teaching materials;

15, complete other work assigned by the hospital leaders.

Second, the educational administration department.

1. Under the leadership of the dean in charge, be fully responsible for the teaching management of adult education in the whole school, and organize and coordinate all departments of the school to formulate teaching outlines and teaching plans for various types, majors and levels of adult education.

2, check and implement the implementation of various types, majors and levels of adult education teaching plan.

3 responsible for the planning and reform of adult education specialty setting, discipline construction and curriculum construction.

4, in accordance with the relevant requirements, conscientiously do a good job in the selection and assessment of adult education teachers.

5, responsible for the examination, examination management, strict implementation of examination discipline, to deal with students who violate discipline.

6. Organize and implement research activities on teaching methods and management methods of adult education, and gradually promote the teaching reform of adult education.

7. Receive and deal with all kinds of opinions and suggestions on teaching reflected by schools, correspondence stations, teachers and students.

8. Establish and improve all kinds of teaching files.

9. Responsible for the graduation qualification examination of adult graduates and the issuance of graduation certificates.

10, responsible for the examination and registration of adult students' scores in the whole school.

1 1. Do a good job in the collection, printing, distribution and confidentiality of face-to-face examination papers in winter and summer vacations.

12, complete other work assigned by the dean.

Third, students' subjects.

L, under the leadership of the dean in charge, in conjunction with various professional departments, fully responsible for the student management of adult education.

2, responsible for the preparation of the annual enrollment plan.

3. According to the annual enrollment policy and enrollment plan, formulate enrollment brochures, organize enrollment consultation and student organizations.

4, responsible for enrollment and freshmen registration, registration, review.

5, responsible for the management of student status, responsible for students' withdrawal, suspension, transfer, resumption and further education procedures, responsible for student file management.

6, responsible for the qualification examination of graduate diploma.

7, put forward the proposal of joint education, responsible for the review and implementation of the joint education agreement.

8, complete other work assigned by the hospital leadership.

Four. Integrated training section

1. Be responsible for organizing and implementing continuing education, on-the-job training, professional certificates and various non-academic education and training under the leadership of the competent dean;

2. Contact relevant universities and actively carry out on-the-job postgraduate education and distance education.

3. Do a good job in investigation and study, establish and improve the network of non-academic education, and actively organize and carry out various training work;

4. Organize the formulation and improvement of teaching plans and teaching management documents for all kinds of training;

5. Responsible for the enrollment and management of non-academic education and training;

6, responsible for the management of courses at all levels of learning and refresher courses;

7. Responsible for pre-test training, daily management and examination of various non-academic education certificates and social certificate examinations;

8. Verify the hours, credits and learning contents of all kinds of continuing education and training in our school, and endorse and seal the certificate of continuing education held by the students.
