1. Judge's assistant:

(1) Academic degree and qualification conditions shall meet one of the following conditions: having a full-time bachelor's degree in law and obtaining a corresponding degree certificate, and obtaining a certificate of legal professional qualification; Or have a postgraduate degree in law and obtain a corresponding degree certificate (the above academic degree and qualification certificate should be obtained before August 2022).

With more than 5 years of working experience in the same position in the court system and excellent performance during his tenure, the conditions may be appropriately relaxed.

(2) The age of applying for a bachelor's degree is not more than 30 years old (1born after April 1993), and the age of applying for a master's degree is not more than 35 years old (1born after April 1988);

(3) Proficient in computer operation and the use of office software and other necessary case-handling skills, with strong logical analysis and legal thinking ability; Experience in PPT production is preferred in the same situation.

(4) If there is a requirement in the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Avoidance of Parents and Children of Judges, Leading Cadres and Judicial Enforcement Officers from Working as Lawyers (Fa Fa [2020]13), they should take the initiative to declare when registering and make an avoidance commitment.

2. Appointment system administrative personnel:

(1) administrative personnel (level 1) 1:

(1) have a full-time bachelor of law degree or above, and obtain the corresponding degree certificate;

② Those who are under 30 years old (1born after April 1993) and have worked in the same position for more than 3 years or obtained a master's degree or above at the time of applying for the exam may be appropriately relaxed to 35 years old;

(2) Administrative personnel (Category II) 1;

Bachelor degree or above in full-time accounting (accounting), auditing (accounting), financial management, auditing practice and other related majors, and obtain the corresponding degree certificate;

② Those who are under 30 years of age (1born after April, 1993), have more than 3 years working experience in financial positions in administrative units or have obtained master's degree or above may be appropriately relaxed to 35 years of age;

3. Auxiliary police officers:

(1) Full-time college degree or above, major in public security, law and physical education;

(2) Under the age of 25 (1born on or after April 1998);

(3) The height exceeds175 cm;

(4) Meeting the following standards for the physical quality of judicial police in people's courts:

① Push-ups 40 times a minute;

② 10/0m× 4 round trip 1 1.6 seconds;

③ 100 meter run 14 seconds 9;

(4)1000 m for 3 minutes and 55 seconds;

⑤ Standing long jump of 2.37m;

⑥ Pull-ups completed last time 12.
