The Coal Construction Association can train supervisors and issue supervision engineer certificates. Can it do supervision with the certificate of supervision engineer issued by the Building Association? Can't be a supervisor. Reason:

(1) is a training certificate, not a qualification certificate.

(2) Only the following three certificates can be used for supervision:

(1) Provincial Construction Department: supervisor, provincial supervision engineer.

(2) Ministry of Construction: National registered supervision engineer.
