Xiamen graduates who are waiting for employment can participate in the training activities of approved employment training institutions and enjoy one-time subsidies with valid bills. The subsidy standard does not exceed that of 600 yuan. 5, to carry out teacher skills training activities, broaden the employment channels for graduates.
Jointly carry out skills training activities for employment teachers of Xiamen Shengyuan non-normal graduates with the Municipal Education Bureau. Graduates who have passed the training and are employed by educational system units enjoy full training subsidies; Graduates who are not employed in the education system enjoy 80% subsidy for training fees.

Continue to promote the development of vocational internship activities for graduates. The probation period can be extended to 1 year through negotiation between each employer and Xiamen Shengyuan graduates; Graduates can enjoy the monthly 1.350 yuan cost of living allowance during the probation period, and the subsidy expenses shall be borne by the municipal and district employment special funds and the probation unit respectively. In order to facilitate the payment of various trainee subsidy fees and unify the trainee subsidy standards and time, from March 1 day, 2065, the trainee living allowance standard is daily 45 yuan, in which the financial subsidy standard is daily 37 yuan and the trainee unit subsidy standard is daily 8 yuan. During the probation period, according to the different nature and types of work, the accidental injury insurance of trainees shall be handled by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau. Enterprise trainee units should give priority to recruiting outstanding trainees when supplementing personnel. Graduates from poor families who are waiting for employment or graduates with employment difficulties can register information in the city talent service center. City Talent Service Center will give full play to its resource advantages, recommend employment according to the job requirements of docking units, and help graduates achieve employment as soon as possible. Those who have been recommended twice for personal reasons and are not employed will no longer enjoy the employment recommendation service.
10, support graduates to start their own businesses and encourage multi-channel employment.
Graduates from ordinary colleges or technical secondary schools in Xiamen can start their own businesses, and they can apply for personnel agency services at government-owned talent service institutions with business licenses, and then apply for employment registration at the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The registration time is calculated from the date of industrial and commercial registration, and they can move into the household registration and settle down, and go through the professional title evaluation and employment procedures. Engaged in self-employed, except for industries restricted by the state, within three years from the date of registration by the administrative department for industry and commerce, all kinds of administrative fees such as registration, management and licensing will be exempted. Those who go to rural areas to engage in education, medical care and agricultural technology popularization industries are allowed to have their registered capital in place by stages within three years, with a minimum registered capital of 30,000 yuan.
