As shown in the figure, slightly loosen the screw of the rotary hammer shaft frame (yours may be loose), straighten the hammer and tighten it. If not, you have to bake it with an alcohol lamp. If not, you can use tweezers to hold a little cotton, take alcohol and light it, and bake the lower part of the hammer rod. Then adjust the position of the hammer.
