Today Luoyang Sanse
Modern Luoyang tricolor includes antique Tang tricolor and tricolor glaze painting. Antique tricolor includes Luoyang Tang tricolor and new craft tricolor. In the early 1950s, Luoyang Municipal Government attached great importance to it. In order to inherit this unique national cultural heritage, artists and their children who restored the ancient tricolor in Mangshanling, Mengjin County were recruited into the city and established Luoyang Folk Art Society, which was the predecessor of Luoyang Tricolor Mei Tao Company. At the same time, the tri-color technology in the Tang Dynasty was restored and summarized, and small batch firing was started, so that the tri-color technology was developed and presented to foreign heads of state as a national gift for many times. The new technology tri-color is made by absorbing the modeling style of Tang Dynasty and firing with modern technology. Luoyang Tang tricolor, also known as high imitation tricolor, began at the beginning of last century. After years of exploration and hard research by Nanshishan artists, the precious China art lost for thousands of years can be passed on. Its production method is completely in accordance with the Tang dynasty craft, and finally it is made manually, and the post-processing achieves the effect of confusing the fake with the real.

Process comparison between new process tricolor and Luoyang high imitation tricolor.

1 the characteristics of porcelain clay, Luoyang Tang Sancai first processed, crushed, selected, mashed, washed, precipitated, rubbed and bleached the collected stones, so that the objects were firmly bonded, and the porcelain clay had strong plasticity and was not easy to crack after drying. The basic technology of the new technology tricolor is the same as that of the Tang Dynasty, and the porcelain clay is made into objects with high whiteness and strong water absorption after firing.

2 molding process. The formation methods of Luoyang Tang tricolor are modeling, carving and wheel system. Forming is a method of manual extrusion. Mud is directly pressed into the mold by hand, which is mostly used to make small objects with simple shapes. Moulds are divided into single mode and closed mode. Sculpture is generally used as a large and complicated vessel. Pushing is a method of making pottery by handcart. The shape of the vessel made by the wheel is regular, and it is usually drawn by hand. Making a large and complicated tri-colored Tang Dynasty requires a variety of molding methods. The new process of tri-color painting, first of all, its molding is made of gypsum. When the mixed mud is injected into the model, the mud will automatically adsorb to the inner wall, and after a period of time, the excess mud will be poured out. Other processes are basically the same as Tang Sancai.

3 modelling vegetarian. After being shaped and decorated, Luoyang Tang tri-colored blanks are dried in a kiln and burned to about 1 100 degrees. Ancient firewood kiln, modern imitation coal kiln. In the new three-color process, coal kiln and electric kiln are used for plain firing, and the firing temperature is also improved. The white carcass after vegetarian burning is called vegetarian tire.

4 glaze. The tri-colored glazed pottery of Luoyang Tang Dynasty has given full play to the performance of low-temperature lead glaze as a complex and gorgeous decoration. Adding lead to glaze can not only reduce the temperature of glaze, but also improve the brightness of glaze. The couplers are mainly iron, copper, manganese and cobalt, and the flow and blending between glazes produce wonderful colors. The tricolor of the new technology is completely equivalent to the tricolor of the Tang Dynasty.

5 Luoyang Tang tri-color glaze is fired in wooden kiln or coal kiln, and the temperature is determined by the kiln's experience and vision. The new sintering process of tricolor glaze adopts electric kiln, which is stable and reliable with high yield, and the temperature control depends on thermocouple. Three-color glaze painting is the representative of the development of "Luoyang three colors" today. It is a plane ceramic artwork created by modern scientific and technological means and unique glazing and firing techniques on the basis of traditional crafts. The colors of "Tricolor Art" developed from several colors of ancient "Tricolor Art", such as red, lake blue, lemon yellow and hundreds of rich colors, which can express various themes and artistic techniques on flat porcelain plates. Like oil painting and Chinese painting, it is a brand-new artistic painting, which provides ceramic artists with more free space to create personalized works, which can not only carve exquisite and small works, but also create simple and unrestrained works. Today's handicrafts will be tomorrow's cultural relics, and the unique modern "three-color art" also has high artistic appreciation and collection value.

Tri-color porcelain painting process is a fine ceramic product made by glazing and secondary firing on a plain-fired ceramic blank. It is divided into several processes, such as design, blank selection, submission, alignment, glazing and firing. After years of development, the blank forms of porcelain painting are increasingly diversified. At present, there are formed products, the size of bricks ranges from 5*5 cm to 60*90 cm, and round and heterosexual blanks need to be customized for production. Large-scale mural art, one is directly painted with pigments, and the other is made by various technological materials. Indoor and outdoor decorative murals are made by three-color technology, which is called large-scale three-color murals. It began in the 1980s, from two large three-color murals on both sides of the gate of Luoyang Normal University to Luoyang in Luoyang Railway Station. With the infinite expansion of its specifications, the color of ceramics remains unchanged for thousands of years, the variety of glaze colors is rich, the characteristics of kiln change are changeable, and it is easy to combine with other mural materials such as gems, wood products, porcelain and glass, so it has become a large-scale indoor and outdoor production.

1998, the world's longest Buddhist tricolor mural, The Origin and Development of Dharma Boundaries, was developed and burned, with a length of 105 m.. It depicts 640 Buddhist figures and more than 50 kinds of animals and plants with the color system of traditional Chinese painting, and the scene is magnificent.

Excellent murals will enrich and perfect the building. The three-color mural "Beautiful Wind" embedded in a large building in Zhoushan Archipelago (73m long, 7m high, with a total area of 5 1 1m2) has saturated colors and a peaceful atmosphere. Coupled with the blue sea and magnificent buildings, it shines in the sun, making people feel like they are in the beautiful scenery of the wind and the sun.

20 10 The theme of the three-color mural "The Source of a City within a Country" in the Henan Pavilion of the Shanghai World Expo is the first multi-process combination of large-scale murals, which embodies the most representative traditional crafts in Henan-Luoyang tricolor, Jun porcelain, bronze ware and Nanyang jade carving, and makes the whole mural have innovative development in design and form.
