Preparation before the end of the year

Check the carry-over status of each module.

1, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, sales, inventory, accounting and fixed assets are all processed at the end of the period, and 65438 will be closed in February.

2. The payroll module completes the business of the current year, but the month-end processing is not required for 65438+February, and the monthly statement is automatically completed after the salary year is carried forward.

3. The general ledger module completes the business of the current year (write-off after clearing the bank statement), and the monthly closing of general ledger 65438+February will be carried forward after the salary year. System environment detection 1, first of all, ensure that you can log in to system management for annual carry-over. 2. There should be space on the hard disk for the new annual account. 3. Put the latest patch of the corresponding version before the end of the year. 4, the memory should be as large as possible, otherwise it will affect the efficiency (sql). 5. Eliminate interference factors such as viruses. Before the end of the year, the reconciliation set shall be backed up, as shown in the figure below:

Matters needing attention at the end of year:

1, backup data:

Backing up data is an important part of year-end work, which can really protect your data security and give you a chance to remedy when you encounter problems.

The system administrator (admin) shall not choose to delete the SOB when backing up the SOB.

After the backup is completed, please import the backup file on another machine to avoid the failure of importing backup data due to your original machine's own problems.

2. Matters needing attention in establishing annual accounts:

(1), once again remind you not to forget to back up the data, otherwise you will not be able to restore the initial state of the data after the salary carry-forward error.

(2) After the account is established in 2009, it is recommended not to change the basic settings of 2008 and 2009 before the data carried forward from the previous year is completed.

(3) After the salary management carry-forward is completed, the salary system will automatically close the account in 2008.

3. Matters needing attention in carrying forward annual data:

(1). If the file information is duplicate, the annual data carry-forward may fail. Please check whether the file is duplicate.

(2) If the carry-over fails, the best way is to introduce a backup before the carry-over, and carry forward the adjustment error again.

(3) Some adjustments to the business system (invoicing) are best made after the carry-over.

(4) Don't do business in the new year before carrying forward data (except filling in vouchers).

(5) Before carrying forward general ledger data, the system date must be the date of New Year.

(6) After all modules are carried forward, be sure to check whether the carried-forward opening balance data is consistent with the last year's closing balance data, and solve the problems found at that time in time to avoid irreparable losses caused by the long-term backlog of problems.

4, the annual data adjustment principle

(1) For all kinds of file information to be deleted (including supplementary account accounting), the corresponding balance should be guaranteed to be 0.

(2) For all kinds of file information with balance at the end of the period (including supplementary accounting of accounts), the opening balance can be adjusted after carrying forward the annual data, or the voucher can be prepared for adjustment.

(3) For the department whose annual data is carried forward by details, make sure that there is no corresponding occurrence data before deleting the department file.

(4) After the new annual account is established, you can make a voucher for the new year before carrying forward the data of the previous year, but don't keep an account.

(5) After establishing a new annual account, don't rush to add, delete or modify basic files in the new annual account.

(6) If the basic information needs to be modified after a new annual account is established and before the data is carried forward, it is necessary to pay attention to adding or adjusting the basic files of previous years, and make the same addition and modification in the new annual account.
