The qualification certificate of enterprise human resource management is organized by the Ministry of Labor, and the national vocational qualification certificate is issued after passing the examination, which is a necessary condition for human resource managers from all walks of life to take up their posts. The certificate is divided into four grades: hr administrator, Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager and Senior HR Manager.

Registration conditions of human resources department (only one of the following conditions can be met):

1. Graduate degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years;

2. Bachelor degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years;

3. College degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years;

4. High school or technical secondary school education, engaged in this occupation 10 years or more.

Registration conditions for human resource management assistants (only one of the following conditions can be met):

1. Bachelor degree, engaged in this occupation 1 year or above;

2. College degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years;

3 high school or technical secondary school education, and engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.

Training materials: Enterprise Human Resource Manager (Basic Knowledge), Enterprise Human Resource Manager (Volume II), Enterprise Human Resource Manager (Volume I) and Professional Ethics and Examination Guide.

Registration procedures: academic certificate, copy of ID card, unit certificate and 4 photos (including 2 2 inches).
