Chapter I Staff Training Management System

The first hotel staff training, one is the pre-job training for new employees and the other is the on-the-job training for old employees. The content of pre-job training is mainly to learn the company's rules and regulations, post basic knowledge, practical operation skills and professional basic knowledge, so as to adapt to the work quickly. The main content of on-the-job training for employees is what to do and learn, starting from reality, updating professional knowledge and learning new business and technology.

Article 2 Staff training shall be carried out in a planned way, in batches and by stages according to the needs of different jobs and posts, and the quality of staff and workers shall be gradually improved by combining with the actual situation and paying attention to practicality.

Article 3 Training contents:

1. Staff training should be mainly based on the actual needs of their work, focusing on job training and professional training.

2. Managers should learn and master modern management theory and technology, fully understand the relevant guidelines, policies and regulations of the government, and improve their market forecasting ability, decision-making ability and control ability.

I. General principles

Article 1 In order to further develop human resources, establish a good corporate image of the company, improve the quality of employees, continuously train and deliver outstanding talents with both ability and political integrity for each position, and realize the strategic objectives of the company, this system is specially formulated.

Article 2 The education and training system consists of the following two parts:

1. Unified pre-job education and training for new employees;

2. On-the-job education and training of employees.

Article 7 The purpose of on-the-job training is:

Chapter III Provisions on Pre-job Training for Employees

I. General principles

The first purpose of pre-job training is to make new employees understand the general situation of the hotel and introduce the rules and regulations of the hotel, so that new employees can be competent for future work more quickly.

Article 2 All new employees of the company must attend the pre-job training for new employees held by the hotel, and the specific implementation shall be handled in accordance with these regulations.

Article 3 For the courses of new recruits, the personnel unit shall formulate the course schedule, training progress record and work skill evaluation standard table in advance.

Article 4 New employees shall receive pre-job training organized by the Human Resources Department after reporting for duty, and shall not refuse to participate without justifiable reasons. The training results will serve as a reference for post setting, grading and post setting in the future.

Article 5 The purpose of pre-job training is:

1. Make employees understand and master the company's business objectives, principles, policies and rules and regulations, integrate into the workforce as soon as possible, and start their careers smoothly.

2. Make new employees master the working essentials, working procedures and methods as soon as possible, reach the working quality standards, complete their post responsibilities, and create conditions for improving hotel economic benefits and personal income.

3. Newcomers should first establish all the knowledge they need to know, including the analysis of hotel structure, objectives, policies, products and their characteristics, and market conditions, so that they can have a preliminary understanding and psychological preparation for the nature and progress of hotel work.

4. Conduct training on "procedural regulations" for newcomers, properly organize and coordinate the training on time control and work planning ability, and achieve work objectives according to certain procedures.

Article 6 Contents of pre-job training:

1. Introduction to the basic situation and infrastructure of Dingtao International Hotel.

2. Do a good job in training the essential basic qualities of hotel employees and the service consciousness of waiters.

3. Fostering the attitude and self-confidence of new employees.

4. Answer questions;

5. Writing of organizational experience and work intention.

Article 7 For positions with strong professional and technical requirements, the department manager shall organize pre-job professional training separately as needed. The training plan and results are filed by the Human Resources Department.

Article 8 After receiving the above training, new employees shall be trained in "Attitude and Belief".

Article 9 The purpose of "Attitude and Belief" training is to make newcomers have an optimistic, positive, confident and energetic attitude towards hotels, customers and work, and have a belief in dedicated service.

Article 10 The person in charge of hotel training shall comment on the advantages and disadvantages of the trainees and provide them to the person in charge of technical training and on-site training in the future as reference materials.

Article 11 After receiving hotel training, new employees must follow on-site training.

Article 12 Supplementary training courses:

1. During training, communication tools such as mobile phones should be set to vibrate or turned off.

2. Actively participate in activities and communicate with each other.

3. All employees participating in the training must arrive at the training site on time, and shall not be late, leave early or absent without reason. 、

4. All trainees must participate in the evaluation of induction training. Employees who fail the exam must take a make-up exam. Those who fail the make-up exam will participate in the next training assessment, and the probation period will be extended or dismissed.
