Are there no horses at the crossroads? It's in the northwest corner of the intersection. Go along that road for about 100 meters.

Just take the bus and get off at People's Paradise or the Fourth People's Hospital, just on Jiefang Road.

People's paradise is south, and the Fourth Hospital is north.
