Motor vehicle drivers who apply for cancellation of the quasi-driving type after handling the business of demotion and replacement of certificates shall not record full 12 points in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before application, and no traffic accident that causes death and bears the same responsibility has occurred.
