The fourth is to correctly choose off-campus training institutions.
To participate in off-campus discipline training, you need to focus on the following contents:
1. This institution should have a school license, a legal person registration certificate, and a sign of resuming training after examination and approval.
2. The contract provided by the institution shall be the "Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model Text)" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and relevant departments.
3. The charging standards and refund methods of public institutions shall be publicized to the public. If the one-time charge does not exceed three months or 60 class hours, and both periodic charge and class hour charge are implemented at the same time, the method of charging in a shorter period shall be selected, and the institutions that charge after training and can refund the fees at any time shall be given priority.
4. The organization's public commitment letter is posted in a prominent position, and the content includes teacher qualification information, and the training is not over standard and ahead of schedule. The end time of training is not earlier than 17:30 and not later than 20: 30, and no homework is arranged in any form, which has been included in the fund supervision.
5. The institution strictly implements the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Minors, and does not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days and organize online and offline subject training in winter and summer vacations.

On July 30th, official website, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to further clarify the scope of off-campus training in compulsory education.
The notice clearly stated that according to the provisions of the national compulsory education curriculum, morality and rule of law, Chinese, history, geography, mathematics, foreign languages (English, Japanese, Russian), physics, chemistry and biology should be managed according to disciplines when conducting off-campus training. The off-campus training of learning content stipulated in the national curriculum standards of the above disciplines shall be managed in the discipline category.
When carrying out off-campus training, sports (or sports and health), art (or music and art) and comprehensive practical activities (including information technology education and labor technology education) are managed according to non-disciplinary categories.
