3. Willing to participate in the volunteer service work of China International Import Expo, and willing to accept the volunteer service posts assigned by the organizers;

4. Ensure to participate in all kinds of training, publicity and voluntary services of China International Import Expo;

5. Physical and mental health, hard-working, willing to contribute, love volunteer service, and experience in volunteer service in large-scale events is preferred;

6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, excellent English language skills, and small languages are preferred.

Selection method: Applicants should download and fill in the Registration Form of Volunteers for Long-term Management Positions of China International Import Expo (click to view). The organizer will arrange written examination, interview and selection in a unified way. After the examination and approval, it will be officially accepted after being recommended and sealed by the unit.

Related treatment:

1. Volunteers' original administrative affiliation remains unchanged, and they enjoy all kinds of benefits for similar personnel in the dispatching unit. After volunteering, return to the original unit to continue studying or working;

2. During the volunteer service, the organizer will buy personal accident insurance for the volunteers.

3. After the volunteers finish their service, the organizer will issue a volunteer service certificate. The service unit shall issue written assessment opinions, and the selected units shall be included in the volunteers' personal files after being audited according to relevant regulations. Individuals who have made outstanding achievements and significant contributions in voluntary work shall be commended in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Municipality.
