It is necessary to train boars who use fake sows for sperm collection for the first time. Training should be patient and repeated, and should not be rushed. Force, flogging, intimidation, etc. Practice has proved that the breeding of new boars and reserve pigs 1 ~ 2 times is helpful for training, and the training methods are as follows:

① Apply urine or vaginal mucus of oestrus sow after the false sow to induce boars to climb over the false sow. After several times of excellent training, the training can be successful.

(2) Put a sow in estrus in the sperm collection room, lure the boar to climb over and prevent it from mating. When the boar's sexual impulse reaches its peak, the sow in estrus is quickly driven away, and then the boar is induced to climb over the false platform directly to collect sperm.

③ Place the boar to be trained near the sperm collection room, let it observe and get familiar with another trained boar, and then induce it to crawl over to collect sperm. Production has proved that if a boar drives another boar to the false sow after finishing semen collection, most boars will show strong interest in the false sow, observe the false sow carefully and climb over the false sow in a few minutes.

④ When training boars, special attention should be paid to the first sperm collection. The first sperm collection should be complete, and boars should be protected from any form of injury or bad stimulation. If the boars fail to train for half an hour, they should be driven away in a friendly way and come back when the time is right or they are familiar with the vicinity of the sperm collection platform.
