Summary of forest fire prevention emergency drill

In order to seriously implement the national policy? Give priority to prevention, and actively eliminate early, small and severe crimes. According to the forest fire prevention policy, the ability of organization, command, coordination and emergency response to sudden forest fires has been improved, the level of forest fire prevention and fighting in our township has been further improved, and the safety of forest resources and people's lives and property in the township has been ensured. My hometown conducted a forest fire drill on XX, XX, XX. According to the drill plan, after receiving the fire, the township emergency office immediately called personnel to the fire. According to the fire situation at the scene, shoot? Block, fight, clear? Combine, attack quickly, put out the fire scientifically, and put out the forest fire with centralized annihilation tactics. Through this emergency drill, the experience gained and the problems found are summarized as follows:

First of all, summarize the experience of the plan exercise.

This emergency drill is a great training for forest fire emergency rescue in my hometown, and it is successful and complete on the whole. Specifically reflected in:

(A) leadership attention

Our township leaders attach great importance to it, which is the prerequisite for the smooth development of emergency drills. The leaders fully realized the significance of the pre-plan drill, gave great attention and strong support to this emergency drill, and visited the pre-plan drill site in person.

(2) The drill is in place.

My hometown participated in this drill, which basically met the requirements of relevant emergency plans in terms of accident report, emergency response speed and on-site emergency treatment, and achieved the purpose of testing whether the emergency response working mechanism is perfect, whether emergency response and emergency rescue are perfect, and whether all departments are coordinated.

Second, the problems existing in the exercise

The record is not detailed enough. The main performance is that the personnel on duty on that day did not record the specific time of receiving the call, but only recorded the date of that day, not accurate to what time; Failure to record the handling of information reports by the personnel on duty; When the personnel on duty collated the records, the content of the information report was too simple, and the details of the incident were not further verified. Analysis: First, the drill is a new thing for us, and the preparation work is insufficient; Second, lack of experience, usually has not formed the habit of concise and accurate records; Third, because the personnel on duty were nervous during the drill, they just wanted to report the report as soon as possible and didn't have time to ask in detail.

The masses didn't cooperate enough. Some people have a low level of understanding, think it is a game and don't take it seriously. When they evacuated, they were still joking, not moving quickly and having a bad attitude. Analysis: Most people in the masses are more cooperative and have a higher degree of understanding, but there are also a few people with average quality and a lower degree of understanding.

Summary of forest fire prevention emergency drill

In order to further strengthen the staff's awareness of forest fire prevention, improve the ability of emergency rescue and self-prevention, and effectively master the on-site emergency methods of forest fires. Stick to this drill? People-oriented? Concept and? Safety first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment? In order to quickly, effectively and orderly respond to the forest fire within the construction scope of our work area, the emergency plan for forest fire is launched to ensure that when a forest fire occurs within the jurisdiction of our work area, the role of the safety guarantee mechanism can be fully exerted in the shortest time, and the rescue work can be carried out quickly, effectively and orderly, so as to minimize accident losses, reduce casualties and property losses, ensure the safety of employees, further popularize the knowledge of forest fire safety and enhance the forests of employees. A forest fire emergency drill was conducted in the third work area of the second contract section of Chu-Yao Expressway on 20xx. In this drill, the personnel of each post perform their duties, and the emergency rescue and evacuation of accidents are orderly and rapid, and the whole process is organized in an orderly manner. The exercise was a complete success. The summary is as follows:

First, attach great importance to it

In order to ensure the development of the drill activities, the comprehensive leading group for forest fire emergency drill in the third work area of the second contract section of Chuyao Expressway was established in the work area, and a detailed drill implementation plan and pre-plan were formulated before the drill. At the same time, organize all participants to concentrate on learning the drill plan, so that all participants can first pay attention to it ideologically and enhance their safety awareness; All participants are required to take this drill as an opportunity to strengthen safety awareness education and improve their ability to deal with emergencies.

Second, careful planning.

The exercise plan is safe and feasible. In the implementation plan of escape drills in dangerous situations, there are provisions on the organization, personnel responsibilities, time, content, location, evacuation routes, procedures and requirements of the drills. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the drill as planned, all participants are required to listen to the arrangement of the deputy commander after hearing the alarm, and not to crowd, push or fight, not to affect the rescue work of emergency rescue teams and forest fire brigades, and not to make noise or make jokes; If you find someone falling, you should help them escape from the dangerous place together. Group leaders and team members are required to reach the specified posts and complete their respective tasks according to their respective responsibilities.

Third, the achievements of the exercise.

The whole forest fire emergency drill has achieved good results, allowing participants to experience the whole process of fire emergency response and deeply feel the importance and necessity of emergency response. In the future, our work area will further do a good job in forest fire prevention, improve the awareness of all staff, and require all construction teams to take forest fire prevention as an important task, implement their responsibilities, strictly control wild fire sources, strengthen supervision and inspection, and make emergency preparations for fire fighting and disaster relief to ensure that there is no problem in forest fire prevention. In the rest and spare time, we can strengthen the propaganda and study of forest fire prevention knowledge, and further make the construction personnel know the importance of forest fire prevention and the serious consequences of the fire.

Fourth, the shortcomings of practice.

Through this exercise, we also found some problems: some people failed to regard the exercise as a practical exercise during the activity and were not nervous enough when they evacuated. Although the drill is over, the safety work will not be relaxed. In the future work, we should conscientiously sum up the experience and lessons, establish and improve the long-term mechanism, improve the safety responsibility system, and ensure the realization of the annual safety goal of the third work area of the second contract section of Chu-Yao Expressway.

Summary of forest fire prevention emergency drill

I. Basic information

On X day, the Municipal Forest Fire Prevention Command and Forestry Bureau organized a training and drill on forest fire fighting knowledge in Qingquan Village. Participants in the training and drills are: 60 semi-professional firefighting teams in the city of forest fire prevention, 120, including leaders in charge of villages and towns in forest areas and forestry workers, and leaders in charge and specific leaders of enterprises and institutions in forest areas. At the training meeting, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee made a mobilization speech. He hoped that the participants would have a clear understanding of the situation, improve their understanding of the importance of forest fire prevention work and earnestly strengthen the training of forest fire prevention skills. Deputy Commander of the Municipal Forest Fire Prevention Command and Director of the Forestry Bureau asked the participants to cherish this rare training opportunity, study hard, observe discipline, fully master the knowledge of forest fire fighting, improve the ability of forest fire fighting, and ensure that the training achieved good results. Deputy Director of the Office of Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Command gave guidance at the meeting, and forest fire prevention experts from the Provincial Forest Armed Police Corps visited the training drill site to explain in detail the common problems in fire prevention, fire emergency measures and forest fire fighting and other related theoretical knowledge; The use of common fire extinguishing appliances and the maintenance of communication tools were drilled on site. The coordination of fire extinguishers of professional fire fighting teams was trained in a targeted manner. The forest fire prevention tools used in this drill are: 100 forest fire extinguishing tools, 4 chainsaws, 1 brush cutter, 1 fire pump and 4 fire extinguishers.

Second, the harvest and experience

It has improved the firefighting skills of forest firefighters in the city, promoted the integration and standardized management of forest fire prevention command, and laid a good foundation for ensuring that forest firefighting teams are in a state of war at any time, and preventing and fighting forest fires safely, quickly and effectively.

Third, there are problems.

(A) there is no funding guarantee, the team is unstable.

At present, there are 1 semi-professional forest fire fighting teams and 46 voluntary forest fire fighting teams in our city, but there are no fixed funds, and the firefighters have not purchased accidental injury insurance. At the same time, because they are not professional firefighters, it is difficult to coordinate the relationship between their work and fire fighting. In addition, there is no financial guarantee, which affects the assembly of fire-fighting personnel to some extent.

(2) Insufficient material reserves.

Mainly manifested in the lack of equipment and fewer personnel carriers. Due to lack of funds, it is difficult for towns and units to update fire prevention equipment in time. Although the Municipal Forest Fire Prevention Office supplements a certain amount of forest fire prevention equipment every year, it is far from meeting the needs of the current forest fire fighting team construction. The number of special vehicles used by forest fire fighting teams for forest fire fighting is even zero. Once a forest fire breaks out, they can only look for vehicles temporarily, which will greatly reduce their quick response ability and fire fighting ability.

(3) There is no professional firefighting team.

According to the "Measures for the Administration of the Construction of Provincial Forest Fire Fighting Teams", secondary forest fire counties (bureaus) should have more than 25 professional firefighting teams, and the funds should be included in the fiscal budget. The forest fire fighting team in our city is semi-professional and voluntary, and there has been no institutional establishment and no financial guarantee.

(D) Management training level is not high.

The forest fire prevention office of our city organizes one or two large-scale trainings or drills every year. However, due to the semi-professionalism and voluntariness of the firefighting team, firefighters are often not in place, which leads to the low overall firefighting skills of the team.

Fourth, the future development direction of urban forest fire brigade

(1) Establish and improve a long-term mechanism for funding guarantee.

It is suggested that the municipal government set up a professional forest fire fighting team with excellent technology and excellent equipment, and include the required funds in the financial budget. The villages and towns in the forest areas shall set up semi-professional fighting teams in their own areas, and the funds shall be included in the fiscal budget at the corresponding level, and basic insurance such as accidental injury, old-age care and medical care shall be implemented for each player. The special funds for the fire brigade will increase with the economic and social development and the actual needs of fire control work. In addition, we can consider bringing the professional forest fire brigade captains and business backbones into the career establishment, and implementing contract management for other team members, establishing a relatively stable and flexible management mode, effectively exerting the subjective initiative of fire fighters and maximizing the forest fire fighting ability.

(2) Take the road of team standardization.

The standardized construction of forest firefighting team is the premise to promote the healthy and stable development of the team. We should standardize the team composition, team organization, rules and regulations, equipment construction and team training. All firefighting teams should regularly carry out relevant business knowledge learning, improve forest fire safety awareness and enhance firefighting skills. Conduct regular team training, equip the team with necessary equipment, master the use of various fire fighting tools, assess the physical fitness, fire fighting performance and performance of the team members every year, and replace or adjust unqualified or unsuitable team members in time to maintain the prosperity of the team.

(3) Take the road of part-time forest protection by firefighters.

Urban forest fire fighting teams are relatively large, with a good mass base. We should not only play its main role in fighting forest fires, but also carry out forest fire prevention propaganda and field fire source inspection to prevent forest fires. Villages and towns and relevant units can employ forest fire fighters as part-time rangers according to the actual situation, combined with the construction of rangers, and give certain equipment and forest protection remuneration, give full play to the collective advantages of forest fire teams, and conduct inspections in high fire weather and important periods. Once a forest fire is found in the inspection, it can be put out in time to reduce the occurrence of forest fires.
