When should children be trained to play badminton?
If children are allowed to exercise through badminton, they can play. If children are young and don't pass the regular badminton, they can choose children's rackets, which are lighter in weight and shorter in length and suitable for children to play.

If children like badminton and want to pass formal training, it is best to choose training after the age of 8, generally around 10.

Formal training starts from the basics, such as holding the ball, swinging and hitting the ball. Rackets need to be regular. You can participate in youth-related activities after training.
