How do the Ministry of Education and other three departments supervise off-campus training institutions?
According to the general arrangement of the special management work of off-campus training institutions, from May 9 to 15, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the State Administration of Market Supervision sent seven inspection teams to carry out special inspections in North China, Northeast China, East China, Central China, South China, Southwest China and Northwest China, covering 3 1 province and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. At the same time, the Ministry of Education has transferred 32 bureau-level cadres from directly under the authority, and appointed a liaison officer for each province to be responsible for the guidance and supervision of daily work. During the special inspection, the liaison officers met and docked with relevant provinces.

The main tasks of this special inspection are:

First, listen to the work reports of provincial education administration, civil affairs, market supervision and other departments, and understand the policy highlights, typical experiences and practices, achievements and difficulties faced by local governance off-campus training institutions.

Second, combined with the typical experiences and practices reported by various provinces, we conducted field research in training institutions and primary and secondary schools to comprehensively and deeply understand the special governance work of off-campus training institutions around the country.

Third, combine unannounced visits, arrange unannounced visits or free media interviews for a certain period of time, and objectively and truly understand the governance of off-campus training institutions through random checks of off-campus training institutions without greeting and unannounced visits to students and parents. Some central media and educational media participated in the special inspection.
