Shaanxi Preschool Teachers' College Shaanxi Preschool Teachers' College is a public full-time general undergraduate college that focuses on teacher education and trains preschool teachers. Formerly known as Shaanxi Education College, xi 'an Normal School (established in 1906) and Shaanxi Teacher Training School (established in 1956) were merged and established in 1963. On March 20 12, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the Shaanxi Provincial Government, it was restructured and renamed Shaanxi Preschool Teachers College, which is the only undergraduate college named after preschool teachers in China.
