According to the "Notice on Printing and Distributing" (Xiang Jiao Fa [2065438+07] No.4), each city and state Putonghua training and testing station is responsible for organizing and implementing the Putonghua training and testing of candidates within its jurisdiction; The Putonghua training and testing station in colleges and universities is responsible for the specific implementation of the Putonghua training and testing for full-time students in our school. The relevant matters of Yiyang Putonghua proficiency test are hereby notified as follows:

I. Test object

1. Announcers, program hosts, actors in film and television dramas, teachers, staff of state organs, personnel in social window service industry, students in various colleges and universities who use Mandarin as their working language but have not obtained qualified Putonghua grade certificates (except college students who have set up test stations);

2. Persons who need to apply for teacher qualification;

3. Other personnel required to be tested by the competent department of industry;

4. Other people in the society who voluntarily take the test.

Second, the registration time: the examination time announced by the following test sites shall prevail.

Fourth, training and testing costs

1. Training fee.

① Putonghua training follows the principle of voluntariness, and candidates decide whether to participate in the training according to their own wishes.

(2) Each test center arranges pre-test training of Putonghua proficiency according to the actual situation of candidates, and formulates training fee standards for publicity. The charging unit (test center) shall issue tax invoices and record them, and shall not charge training fees.

2. Test cost.

All charging units (test sites) must strictly implement the charging items and standards approved in the document "Xiangfa Price Change Fee [2065438+08] No.531",and shall not increase the charging items or raise the charging standards without authorization.

① College students: 30 yuan/person/time.

② Other personnel (teachers, civil servants, tour guides and other social personnel): 55 yuan/person/time.

The charging units (test sites) shall pay the fees to the provincial language training and testing center according to the document standard of "Hunan Dialect Test Letter [2018] No.7".
