The history of Qingyang No.5 Middle School is not long, but it has formed a unique cultural background. The ingenious combination of red culture and farming culture gives campus culture a unique position. Clean, tidy and beautiful campus, unique and ingenious campus cultural design left a profound impact on me. In such a school, I participated in the forum on the growth of special post teachers in rural schools in Gansu Province sponsored by the Provincial Department of Education and the Western Sunshine Rural Development Foundation.

The day's training activities begin with a hearty breakfast and wonderful music.

The five-day training is very busy and the activities are very tight. In five days, we listened to eight lectures and four demonstration classes, and visited two schools. The forum is large-scale, high-grade, accurate in positioning, rich in content and diverse in forms, focusing on education and teaching, class management, project research, school-based teaching and research, information technology and so on. Focusing on the personal growth needs of special post teachers, the forum has achieved the goal of updating educational concepts and strengthening them through training.

During the five-day training, I learned a lot of the latest educational ideas from different lectures by experts and famous teachers. The new knowledge of mind mapping, 53 1 reflection card has given me a lot of inspiration, such as group learning and binding evaluation. These are very practical teaching methods. In the future teaching, I will try my best to practice these new ideas, be a teacher who can learn and reflect, and no longer let myself be a teacher who can only pull the cart without looking up at the road, and practice the eternal truth in teaching.
