Seeing school profile in Qingyang No.5 Middle School in the training manual, there is a saying: "Zhou Zu's hometown, the source of farming, nourishes a simple and colorful pastoral fertile soil-Qingyang No.5 Middle School". The history of Qingyang No.5 Middle School is not long, but it has formed a unique cultural background. The ingenious combination of red culture and farming culture gives campus culture a unique position. Clean, tidy and beautiful campus, unique and ingenious campus cultural design left a profound impact on me. In such a school, I participated in the forum on the growth of special post teachers in rural schools in Gansu Province sponsored by the Provincial Department of Education and the Western Sunshine Rural Development Foundation.
I am one of the first rural special post teachers recruited by the country. 2065438+April 2008, I had the honor to participate in the training of special post teachers in rural schools in Gansu Province. Among the special post players trained, I naturally became the oldest student with the longest working hours. But compared with the young special post teachers, I feel that I am still far behind. During the training and study, I heard a sentence quoted by the students: "Moss is like rice."
The training day is only five days. These five days I spent in moving, grateful, feeling, feeling, busy and full, hard and happy. At seven o'clock every morning, I listen to the sweet voice of the waiter at Longshang Pearl Hotel: "Good morning, please swipe your card and take a plate to eat". The day's training activities begin with a hearty breakfast and wonderful music.
The five-day training is very busy and the activities are very tight. In five days, we listened to eight lectures and four demonstration classes, and visited two schools. The forum is large-scale, high-grade, accurate in positioning, rich in content and diverse in forms, focusing on education and teaching, class management, project research, school-based teaching and research, information technology and so on. Focusing on the personal growth needs of special post teachers, the forum has achieved the goal of updating educational concepts and strengthening them through training.
During the five-day training, I learned a lot of the latest educational ideas from different lectures by experts and famous teachers. The new knowledge of mind mapping, 53 1 reflection card has given me a lot of inspiration, such as group learning and binding evaluation. These are very practical teaching methods. In the future teaching, I will try my best to practice these new ideas, be a teacher who can learn and reflect, and no longer let myself be a teacher who can only pull the cart without looking up at the road, and practice the eternal truth in teaching.

During the five days of growing up with young teachers in special posts, their unique temperament and willingness to dedicate their youth to rural schools have deeply infected me with their love, patience and confidence in treating students, greatly alleviating my sense of job burnout and giving me a new understanding of education. As a teacher, I must have the spirit of grass, although "without the fragrance of flowers and the height of trees, I am an unknown tree." Although moss is as small as rice, it also blooms like peony. "
Every excellent special post teacher has a touching educational story, and every story has built a full life. As a teacher, I chose a plain life, and wild lilies also have spring. I want to be plain, but I don't want to be ordinary.
