The basketball training center of Xiantao Sports School has been devoted to the cultivation of young reserve talents. In order to make the youth basketball project in our city more professional and standardized, referring to the youth basketball training program and combining the sports function and physiological characteristics of teenagers, a set of training methods suitable for teenagers is summarized. So that teenagers in our city can receive regular and systematic basketball training from childhood, and lay a solid foundation for better improving basketball level in the future.
