"One tea" refers to Xinyang Maojian tea, one of the top ten famous teas in China. According to a boss in Xinyang, when he was training in Beijing, he made a bet on the wine table. Someone said something about Xinyang, so he drank a glass of wine. As a result, he only drank a cup of Xinyang Maojian tea. And "One Song" is a revolutionary historical song "Osmanthus fragrans Blooming in August" which is popular in China. It was the national anthem to celebrate the establishment of the first county-level Soviet regime of workers and peasants in Henan Province when the Red Army/KLOC-0 captured Shangcheng County in February, 929, and was later sung all over China.
