On June 26th, at 4: 00pm, 165438+ Chen Ting, director of the Organization Department Office of the Youth League Committee, and two officers exchanged views with CoCo Lee, director of the Student Union Office of the School of Management, and several officers. Exchange learning is conducted in a relaxed and interesting atmosphere. In this harmonious atmosphere, the director of the Office of the Organization Department of the Communist Youth League Committee of the University actively answered questions with CoCo Lee, director of the Student Union Office of the School of Management, and a number of officers, during which they exchanged and learned about the formulation of the assessment system, the leave system and etiquette issues. During the meaningful exchange and study in the two offices, I felt a lot and learned a lot. Now I will summarize my learning experience in this exchange learning process through the following aspects.
First, without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang. As a member of a departmental organization, it is really harmful to be a member of this organization if you are rambling and indifferent to the departmental organization and management system. Since you are lucky enough to join this organization, others have given you this rare opportunity to exercise. Who can blame for not cherishing it? Moreover, individuals ignore the provisions of the departmental organization system, which is detrimental to the image and organizational integrity of the department. Personal discipline sometimes involves the discipline of a departmental organization. So without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang.
Second, the wind of etiquette starts from me. As students in xihua university, we should treat people with courtesy and cultivate gentlemanly manners and elegant ladies. Let others feel that they are superior in quality. Often through one thing, even a sentence, others will have a general understanding of your manners. And it will leave a first impression in others' hearts. The quality of this first impression will definitely affect future exchanges and so on. Therefore, etiquette should be done properly, such as dealing with people and things, uploading and issuing. And we must understand the truth of "treat others with courtesy and repay them with courtesy".
Third, do things with the right attitude. A person, big or small, should correct his personal attitude and do what he should do. Whether to do it or not is a matter of attitude, and whether to do it or not is a matter of ability. As long as you do what you should do with the right attitude, it is also a temporary problem of ability to do it badly. As long as you have a correct attitude and are willing to learn, you are not afraid to do badly again.
Fourth, arrange study and work reasonably. A good time plan will often make your life feel full and not chaotic. When there is a conflict between study and work, you should distinguish who is lighter and who is heavier, which is more urgent and which can be delayed.
Five, study and work should pay attention to efficiency. It is really important to pay attention to efficiency in study and work. You should know the truth of getting twice the result with half the effort. You should concentrate on your business, don't be half-hearted. This will often make people form good habits, which will certainly benefit themselves for life, invisibly prolong their time and make the best use of it.
Finally, I would like to thank Secretary Wang and Teacher Liu from the School of Management. They put forward a lot of valuable opinions on our communication, hoping that our student cadres can communicate more, improve their own shortcomings, improve their working methods and serve their classmates and teachers wholeheartedly. All cadres of the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee of our school will also strive to serve all colleges and students!
