1. Volunteers enjoy the following rights:

4. Ask voluntary service organizations to help solve the difficulties encountered in voluntary service;
5, put forward opinions and suggestions on volunteer service activities;
6. Get my volunteer service record certificate free of charge;
7. Give priority to volunteer services provided by volunteer service organizations and other volunteers when they have their own volunteer service needs;
8. Without the consent of volunteers, they shall not disclose or disclose their personal information;
9. Voluntary cancellation of registered volunteer status and voluntary withdrawal from volunteer service organizations;
10, other rights stipulated by laws, regulations and the articles of association of voluntary service organizations.
Two. Volunteers shall perform the following obligations:
1. Abide by laws and regulations, and abide by the articles of association and management system of voluntary service organizations;
2. Maintain the image and reputation of volunteers and voluntary service organizations, and spread the concept of voluntary service;
3. Fulfill the obligations stipulated in the volunteer service commitment or volunteer service agreement, and accept the arrangement and management of volunteer service organizations in volunteer service activities;
4. Provide my true, accurate and complete identity, service skills, service time, contact information and other basic information, and accept the necessary volunteer service training;
5. Respect the wishes and personal dignity of volunteers and protect their privacy;
6. Do not ask for or ask for remuneration in disguised form from the volunteer service object;
7. Do not use voluntary service to engage in profit-making activities or activities that violate social morality;
8. State secrets, business secrets, personal privacy and other information protected by law that are known in voluntary service shall not be disclosed;
9, unable to participate in or complete the agreed volunteer service activities, timely inform the volunteer service organization or volunteer service object;
10, other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations and the articles of association of voluntary service organizations.
Legal basis: Regulations on Voluntary Service in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Article 1 In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of volunteers, volunteer service organizations and volunteer service objects, encourage and standardize volunteer service, develop volunteer service, carry forward the volunteer spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress, cultivate and practice socialist core values, and promote social civilization and progress, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and the State Council's Regulations on Volunteer Service and other administrative regulations, combined with the actual situation of this autonomous region.
Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to voluntary service and activities related to voluntary service within the administrative area of this Autonomous Region.
The term "voluntary service" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the public welfare activities in which volunteers, voluntary service organizations and other organizations voluntarily provide services and help to the society or others for the purpose of obtaining remuneration.
