Legal analysis: The child care center should be run according to the regulations of the local government education department. Generally speaking, it should be handled in the form of kindergartens, nurseries or other private educational institutions. There must be legal venues and qualified personnel (if educational courses are offered, they must also have educational qualifications), and the sanitary conditions that meet the standards must at least be registered in the industry and commerce, health, taxation and police stations-safety, fire protection and environmental protection facilities meet the standards, and qualification certificates must be obtained.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors, infant care service institutions, early education service institutions, off-campus training institutions and off-campus trusteeship institutions shall refer to the relevant provisions of this chapter and do a good job in the protection of minors according to the growth characteristics and laws of minors at different ages.
