With the continuous progress of society, the use of statements is becoming more and more important. When writing a report, we should avoid being too long. So how do you write a general report? The following is the model essay of the village Committee's research report I compiled for you, hoping to help you.
Investigation Report of Village Committee 1 In China, the "village committee" is the most basic organizational form, and it is also the autonomous organization of the masses and the villagers who manage their villages according to law. In every "Five-Year Plan" rural policy, it is the most direct propagandist, promoter, executor and feedback. Through research and investigation, we can clearly feel that the image of the "village committee" has changed a lot compared with the past, especially in the critical period of "striving for Excellence" activities, and has made great progress:
First, the standardization of places
In the past, the office of the "village Committee" in our impression was extremely hard and simple, and there was no fixed office place. Now, with the rural economic situation getting better and better, the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of office buildings for "village committees" and strongly supported the construction of new offices at the grassroots level. In today's "village committees", most offices are located in the center of the village. The empty and clean yard is full of all kinds of flowers and trees. There are three neat and bright big offices: the middle one is used as a conference room and a farmer's library, the right one is used as a cadre conference room, and the left one is used as a family planning service laboratory. Good office conditions have to be said to be a great progress in rural construction.
Some villages with good economic benefits in Qinyuan County have further improved the office conditions of "village committees" through the combination of higher-level funding and village benefits. Taking Beiyuan Village in Qinhe Town as an example, the three-story office building has been completed, and the rural service management department will be more centralized and standardized to provide convenience for farmers to solve problems.
Second, the standardization of the system.
Generally speaking, traditional "village committees" are relatively free and loose, and village cadres will not have strict restrictions like comrades in other work units. This is because China's "village committee" is a rural grass-roots autonomous organization, not a first-level political power, nor does it belong to the special status of state organs. In this way, the various systems of "village committees" have been ignored, and their trust among rural people has also decreased. In view of this difficulty, the work system of village committees should be gradually established and improved in combination with the higher-level policies to realize the standardization, proceduralization and institutionalization of the work of village committees.
For a typical example, in order to strengthen management and supervision in an all-round way, the offices of "village committees" must hang and post the superior regulations such as the work system of village committees, village rules and regulations, village affairs openness system and democratic management system in obvious places, and according to their own reality, they also put forward four regulations:
First, open office hours;
Second, set up a visiting registration form;
Third, set up a suggestion box;
Fourth, set up a hotline. In the full implementation of village cadres week.
At the same time of centralized office system on Friday, strict requirements are put forward for the duty system of village cadres to ensure that one village cadre is on duty every day. This is not only a supplement to the management system of "village committees", but also regulates the work behavior of village cadres, which is convenient for the masses to reflect and solve problems.
Third, the function is diversified.
The Twelfth Five-Year Plan emphasizes the need to continue to strengthen rural infrastructure construction and public services. The core function of "village committee" should be to serve the interests of villagers, including rights protection service, production service, living service and public service. In recent years, because the country has paid more and more attention to the service function of "village committees", it is more critical to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations, enhance their functions and give full play to their positive role from the micro level. This can be seen directly from the function sign of the village Committee I contacted. Some villages I have been to are not only rural "Party branches" and "village committees", but also rural cultural courtyards, villagers' mediation committees, family planning offices, militia companies, public security offices and so on. Usually, in addition to meetings, office and other daily work items, it also undertakes many contents such as farmers' education, entertainment and life.
Obviously, when we walk into the "village committee", we can easily see several brand-new bookcases, which were purchased by the county with special funds to help farmers get rich. Books with brand-new colors are all-encompassing, including not only planting and breeding techniques, but also monographs and masterpieces, which meet the needs of people at different levels, which is also a highlight of the office of "village Committee" in our county.
When we look at a problem, we should not only see the bright side, but also find the problematic side in time. In the process of development, there are still many problems in our "village Committee". In the spirit of seeking truth from facts, relevant departments at all levels must pay attention to accumulation in ordinary observation, deeply analyze the causes of problems and think about solutions.
Investigation Report of Village Committee 2 Qiaoju Village Committee in Sanchahe Township, Dayao County is the "four groups" educational contact point of the National Bureau of Statistics. In recent years, with the leadership and support of state, county and township party committees and governments, and with the care, support and help of various departments at all levels, the village's social economy has made great progress, but there are still many difficulties and problems. In order to deeply understand the facts, find out the base, grasp the current situation and difficulties of economic and social development in Qiaoju Village, and further do a good job in poverty alleviation, I have recently conducted in-depth investigation and research on adjusting industrial structure, clarifying development ideas and increasing farmers' income. Through home visits, discussion with village leaders and personal experience in the village, I have some preliminary understanding and thinking about the causes of poverty in Qiaoju Village and how to get rid of poverty and become rich.
I. Basic information
Qiaoju Village belongs to Sanchahe Township, Dayao County. Located in the south of Sanchahe Township, 6 kilometers away from Sanchahe Township Government, the road leading to the township is dirt road with convenient transportation, 58 kilometers away from Dayao County. It is adjacent to Bainitian Village Committee in the east, to the junction of Shading Village in the west and to Sanchahe Village Committee in the north. There are five natural villages and five villagers' groups, including Zhili Village, Riverside Village, Waiyi Village, Waier Village and Sanlongshu Village. At present, there are 0/64 farmers/kloc, including 6 10 rural population, 5 village branches/kloc-0, including 35 in party member and 5 in party member.
The whole village covers an area of19.02km2, with an altitude of1.580m, an annual average temperature of 17.80℃ and an annual precipitation of 650-750mm, which is suitable for planting crops such as grain and flue-cured tobacco. The arable land area of the village is 974 mu, with per capita arable land 1.59 mu, forest land of 23,483.2 mu and economic forest land of 8 10 mu. In 20xx, the total economic income of the village was 44,995,438+10,000 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 5,637 yuan. The village has a beautiful natural ecological environment and simple folk customs, which is suitable for the growth of cash crops such as flue-cured tobacco, walnuts, peppers and rice.
Second, the economic situation.
Qiaoju Village is dominated by industry and agriculture, with a single economic structure. Due to the limitation of natural conditions and traditional habits, farmers make a living by planting flue-cured tobacco, walnuts, peppers and rice, which is also an important source of economic income, and it is impossible to form large-scale planting of various varieties of cash crops. The mode of production and management is extensive, and the degree of industrialization is low, mainly due to the original farming methods of pear farmers, which can not form professional and mechanized management; The level of industrialized production is low, which fails to form a risky and profitable one-stop production and management system of production, supply and marketing; Farmers' income source is single, mainly relying on the sales of agricultural primary products, lacking value-added processing links, and it is difficult for farmers to increase their income. Through the state's strong support for agriculture, countryside and farmers in recent years, the villagers have basically reached the level of food and clothing, but they generally lack the awareness of development and market concept. Infrastructure has been gradually strengthened. With the country's increasing investment in agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the road hardening in natural villages has been improved, and the drinking water project has achieved remarkable results, ensuring villagers to drink safe tap water, increasing subsidies for biogas and solar energy, and farmers have used clean and environmentally friendly living energy. In view of the actual situation of Qiaoju village, our bureau actively puts forward ideas and methods to help them. Traffic, health, education and villagers' production and living conditions have gradually improved.
Third, several factors affecting farmers' income
(A) the concept of the villagers is backward.
Due to the harsh natural environment, the education level of the whole village residents is generally low, which leads to conservative thinking, deep-rooted traditional awareness of small farmers, and the way of production, life and behavior is far from the requirements of modern social life. In terms of ideological quality, the idea of "satiated with food, carefree and rich" is widespread, and there is no long-term development plan. Cultural quality: at present, among the 6 10 people in the village, 64 are illiterate, accounting for 10.62% of the total number, 397 have primary school education, accounting for 65% of the total number, and the junior high school education10/0 accounts for18 of the total number. Due to the lack of knowledge, villagers lack understanding of new things and technologies, which hinders their ability to accept new things and learn to use new technologies. Skills literacy: There are still few people with one skill, which leads to extensive farming rather than intensive management, and part-time jobs can only sell coolies and do rough work, which seriously restricts farmers' income.
(2) The spiritual and cultural construction is insufficient, and the villagers' material level is gradually improving. However, the villagers have few extracurricular activities, and there is no place to carry out village cultural activities, mainly watching TV and chatting with each other during the slack season. The villagers' enthusiasm for consciously participating in activities is not high, which cannot reflect the idea of "enjoying it". The creation of spiritual civilization needs to be strengthened and improved.
(3) The construction of grass-roots party organizations still needs to be strengthened. Qiaoju Village has Party General Branch 1 member, 5 Party branches of villagers' groups and 35 people in party member. According to the survey, the grass-roots party organizations are sound, and the cadres of party member in the village group have a strong spirit of hardship, which has played a good role in leading the villagers to build a new socialist countryside. However, with the deepening of rural reform, there are still some difficulties and problems that are not optimistic for party member cadres to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of agricultural and rural economic development in the new period. First, the sense of innovation is not strong. Most cadres in party member follow the traditional working ideas, their thinking is rigid, their work is passive and they are tired of coping. Second, the ability to lead the masses to get rich is not high. At present, most of party member's scientific, technological and cultural qualities are low, and they are at a loss about the new situation and new problems of agricultural development in the new period. Their ability to develop rural economy is not strong, their development path is not wide, and their working methods are not many, so they are unable to cope with the people's "desire for wealth". Third, the village-level collective economy is relatively weak. At present, the collective economic income of the whole village is quite meager, and the normal office expenses are maintained by transfer payment, which affects the normal play of village-level organizations to a certain extent, and the cohesion, combat effectiveness and appeal of village party organizations and village committees are weakened.
(3) The single industry makes it difficult to cultivate new industries. First, the economic income of Qiaoju Village is flue-cured tobacco cultivation. In 20 12, 49.5% of the per capita net income of farmers in the village came from flue-cured tobacco, which has become the main economic source of the village. Other economic fruits, such as walnut, chestnut and pepper, have low scientific and technological content, scientific walnut grafting technology is not in place, intertillage management is not in place, intensive management has just begun, and the ability to resist market risks is low. Therefore, it is still a long way to go to enlarge the walnut industry. Second, restricted by the geographical environment, in addition to walnut planting, pepper, millet and Pinus armandii can also be planted, but it is very difficult to form a scale due to the constraints of topography and water resources; The third is the lack of breeding technology. In recent years, the county and township party committees and governments have encouraged the vigorous development of black goat breeding. Many farmers in Qiaoju Village have tried, but due to problems such as breeding technology and variety improvement, there are few large farmers. Fourth, the surplus labor resources have not been fully utilized. Restricted by their own quality and traditional ideas, many villagers have low educational level, poor scientific and technological quality and lack of competitiveness, so they face many difficulties in obtaining employment in non-agricultural fields. In addition, some people are content with the status quo and are afraid of going out to work and losing money, which reduces the chances of increasing their income.
Fourth, development ideas and some suggestions
In recent years, the Party Committee and government of Sancha Township put forward the working idea of developing "one park and four districts" in the whole township. Facing the new situation, new features and new requirements of rural social and economic development, Qiaoju Village Committee has the following suggestions:
(1) Focus on laying a solid foundation and laying a solid foundation for development.
1. Strengthen basic education and improve villagers' quality. Let the idea of "learning changes fate, education determines the future and achieves the future" take root among the masses. The implementation of nine-year compulsory education in rural areas has alleviated the financial burden of parents to some extent, especially with the care and support of county and township governments, rural families who have studied well and been admitted to universities have been given certain study subsidies, which really makes students feel at ease.
2. Strengthen infrastructure construction and improve people's production and living conditions. Actively strive for funds, mobilize the masses to invest in labor, harden village roads, and brighten houses with remarkable results.
3. Develop sports hygiene and improve health. Construction of cultural and sports activity centers for village groups to provide cultural and sports activities for the masses.
4. Improve the social assistance system and build a harmonious new countryside. Taking solving the difficulties of the masses as the core, taking the minimum living guarantee of villagers as the basis, and taking the living assistance of the poor people and medical assistance for serious illness as the basis. Five guarantees assistance, education aid, old-age assistance, natural disaster assistance, etc. With donations to help the poor, we will establish and improve a new social assistance system, security mechanism and endowment insurance system covering the whole village.
(2) Strengthen the fruit industry and realize the "three trees" rich village.
As the saying goes, "relying on mountains to eat mountains, relying on water to draft." Qiaoju Village is located in the mountainous area, and the planting of "Three Trees" has begun to take shape. At present, there are three problems to be solved urgently:
1. Improve the scientific and technological content of planting, hire professionals to hold economic forest fruit planting training courses for the masses, strive to have 3-5 planting counselors in each village group, extensively carry out agricultural science and technology information services, organize experts to enter the village and answer various difficult questions for the masses; Vigorously promote scientific planting, seedling raising, transplanting, grafting, disease prevention, fertilization and other links, constantly improve the growth environment of economic forest fruits, and strive to improve the yield and quality of economic forest fruits.
2, mobilize the masses to build their own reservoirs (pits), solve the problem of irrigation of economic fruits, and change the history of relying on the weather to eat.
3. Promote product circulation through two-way interaction. Strengthen farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, guide farmers to set up economic fruit cooperatives in Qiaozu village, organize production, product quality, sales and publicity in a unified way, expand sales channels, and improve their ability to resist market risks. Guide and support enterprise experts to lead the establishment of joint sales entities, implement enterprise-oriented operations, and achieve industrial prosperity through enterprise-driven. At the same time, encourage and advocate the masses to develop the cultivation of konjac, out-of-season vegetables and Chinese herbal medicines according to local conditions, support and train the professional demonstration households of black goat breeding in each village group 1-2 households, especially vigorously promote the cultivation of pepper, take pepper as an important income source after walnut, and increase farmers' income through multiple channels.
(3) Strengthen education and training to strengthen the village with talents.
1, carry out school-village cooperation, take the initiative to contact Dayao Vocational School, send outstanding young people who have graduated from junior high school or above to study in fruit trees, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and other majors, and cultivate educated, skilled and managerial villagers to become rich leaders.
2. Strengthen skills training and cultivate new farmers. Use the combination of distance education and on-site education to carry out activities such as scientific and technological training, technical services and agricultural information. Experts are invited to train villagers 50 times a year in a planned way, so that each young and middle-aged labor force can master 1 ~ 2 practical new agricultural technologies on average.
(four) improve the organizational mechanism, strengthen the contact between the branch and the village.
1. Improve the democratic deliberation system such as "one thing, one discussion" and guide farmers to independently develop rural public welfare facilities. Establish a socialist concept of honor and disgrace, improve and implement the villagers' convention, and form a democratic management, democratic supervision and democratic decision-making mechanism. Carry out in-depth education on popularizing the law, guide farmers to establish a legal concept, and enhance their ability to safeguard their rights and interests according to law and their responsibility to fulfill their obligations. Properly handle various contradictions in rural areas, strengthen the comprehensive management of social security, and create a social environment in which rural areas are stable and peaceful and farmers live and work in peace and contentment.
2. Take the party's mass line education as an opportunity to strengthen the construction of party organizations and play a central role. Establish and improve the working mechanism of "one system, three modernizations" (operating mechanism of villagers' autonomy under the leadership of village party branches, standardization of party branch work, legalization of villagers' autonomy, and procedural democratic supervision). Implement the responsibility of "two belts and three actions" for party member cadres (with feelings, responsibilities, benefiting the people, solving problems and solving worries for the people), and comprehensively carry out the activities of "three trainings" (training party member to become a rich leader, party member to become a rich leader, and training outstanding party member rich leaders to become the party's rural grassroots cadres), improve the quality of party member cadres, and enhance the cohesiveness, appeal and combat effectiveness of village party organizations.
(5) Integrate various resources, give full play to the collective wisdom of the masses and revitalize the countryside.
1. Fully believe in the cohesion and creativity of the masses, and turn resources into assets and assets into capital. There are many woodlands in Qiaoju village. With the reform of forest property right system, every household has a certain amount of forest resources, so it is possible to mortgage loans with forest property rights, thus solving the reality of insufficient funds for industrial development.
2. Use financial leverage to break through the bottleneck of insufficient funds for industrial restructuring. There are not many channels for rural financial services from superiors. In addition, the people's understanding of finance has a low starting point and a weak concept. They won't use modern financing tools or other people's money. They will use the money of the next generation to develop their own industries. With the country's increasing investment in rural areas, farmers have worked hard and have a lot of deposits in their hands, and only banks can earn interest. However, farmers who urgently need to develop and adjust their industries are short of money, so they can raise funds directly from farmers without leaving the village, which is appropriately higher than the bank interest, forming a virtuous circle and solving the reality that farmers lack funds to develop their industries.
3. Do a good job in land circulation and give full play to the efficiency of land use. Due to the acceleration of aging, the implementation of the "rural to non-agricultural" policy and the increase of migrant workers, the land is idle, and some large growers suffer from lack of land. Do a good job in land circulation, form scale effect, increase infrastructure construction, and increase land output effect. People who rent land can earn a certain land transfer fee, and at the same time they can work on the leased land to increase their income.
Investigation Report of the Village Committee 3 According to the unified arrangement of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee xx and the County People's Government, I, as the instructor of the new rural construction of the Lime Soup Village Committee in Baoxiu Town, stayed in the village Committee on March 14, XX. During my stay in the village, I conducted a survey on the current situation of the new rural construction of Shihuitang Village Committee by holding a forum and visiting households. The survey is now reported as follows:
I. Basic information
Shihuitang Village Committee belongs to a mountainous area, 20.00 kilometers away from the town, with a land area of 37.00 square kilometers, an altitude of 1855.00 meters, an annual average temperature of 17.00℃, and an annual precipitation of 898.40 mm. The whole village governs 9 villagers' groups, with 4 18 farmers and a registered population of/kloc. The resident population is 1 160, including 17 family members, 6 family members, and 8 employees11person, including 756 agricultural employees. The village is dominated by agriculture, and its economic income mainly comes from planting, breeding and crops. Cattle, pigs, sheep and poultry are the main family farms. The village is extremely short of water resources, which seriously affects the production and life of local farmers and highly restricts the economic and social development of Shihuitang village. In the construction of grass-roots organizations, the village "two committees" have truly made things that the masses care about public in time, solicited the opinions of party member and villagers' representatives on major issues, and gradually moved towards the track of standardization and institutionalization.
Second, advantages
(A) the village "two committees" team unity. The average age of the members of the "two committees" in Shihuitang Village is young. At present, the village "two committees" have strong functions, unity and good democratic style, can do practical things for the masses, have made clear the idea of promoting the development of the village, are familiar with the policy and the direction of new rural construction, and have made a lot of efforts to achieve the goal in concrete practice. At present, party member, a highly motivated village, has taken the lead in setting an example.
(2) The mass base is good. Shihuitang Village is close to the county seat, and it can be reached within 1 hour. The masses have strong scientific awareness and simple folk customs. They all have a strong desire to change the current living conditions through the construction of new countryside, and have high expectations for changing the face of the village. Before and after some villagers consciously planted trees to beautify their houses, everyone actively participated in the construction of new socialist countryside projects. The head of Shihuitang Natural Village actively strives for the construction of public houses in the village. In the case of insufficient funds, he has paid more than 20,000 yuan, which has a good sense of the masses.
(3) Good prospects for the development and utilization of agricultural resources. In recent years, with the strong support of all levels and departments, many small water cellars have been built in Shihuitang Village. These small water cellars distributed on various hills ensure the planting and irrigation of crops in dry season and the stable development of agricultural production. Shihuitang village actively adjusts the agricultural industrial structure and pays attention to the development and planting of drought-tolerant crops. This village belongs to the mountainous area. If we can make full use of the advantages of mountainous areas, we will actively build brand industries such as forest fruits and Chinese herbal medicines.
Third, the existing problems
After the development in recent years, the economic and social development of the natural village of Shihuitang Village Committee has been greatly improved, the production facilities and living conditions of the people have been continuously improved, and the living standards of the people have been continuously improved. However, as a village committee in mountainous areas, there are still many restrictive factors in the development of Shihuitang Natural Village, mainly as follows:
(A) the industrial structure is still single. Crops are mainly planted with rice, corn and beans, and cash crops are mainly flue-cured tobacco, supplemented by fruits. Without scientific three-dimensional planting experience, regional characteristics and large-scale industry, large-scale industry cannot be formed, which seriously affects agricultural production and farmers' income.
(2) Infrastructure is still weak. First, road traffic construction needs to be strengthened; As the saying goes, "If you want to be rich, build roads first", but after in-depth visit, it is found that due to insufficient project funds, except for the administrative village, the roads entering the village have not hardened so far, and the rainy days are still muddy and the sunny days are still gloomy. Poor road conditions, and due to financial difficulties, management and maintenance work lags behind, some roads become gullies, which seriously affects people's travel and sales of agricultural and sideline products. Second, the construction of water conservancy facilities needs to be strengthened; Although in recent years, with the strong support of all levels and departments, many small water cellars have been built in Shihuitang Natural Village, which can alleviate the drought to some extent, but it still cannot fundamentally solve the water shortage situation.
(3) The quality of rural labor force is still very low. Because Shihuitang is located in remote poverty-stricken and ethnic minority areas, the vast majority of farmers are still relatively low in quality, conservative in thinking, not new in ideas, generally have a mentality of muddling along, lack the initiative spirit of doing great things and creating great undertakings, and are relatively weak in collectivism concepts such as caring for the collective, so their thoughts and understanding of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich and heading for a well-off society need to be improved.
Four. Suggestions on strengthening the construction of new countryside
As a unit linked to the new rural construction, as the ninth group of instructors of the county party committee, we will do our best to do the following work in the future according to our own reality, and contribute our own strength to the new rural construction of Shihuitang Village.
(1) Promoting the process of agricultural industrialization and accelerating the pace of agricultural structural adjustment. As a mountainous area, the effective breakthrough of strengthening villages and enriching people is to further intensify the adjustment of agricultural structure and vigorously promote agricultural industrialization. First, based on local conditions, guide the masses to give full play to their location advantages, take market demand as the guide, do a good job in building high-quality grain and tobacco bases, develop efficient agriculture and characteristic agriculture, enlarge and strengthen superior agricultural products, enhance market competitiveness, expand the planting area of cash crops, reduce the planting area of inferior and unsalable grain crops in the market, and promote further optimization of planting structure. Second, make full use of the advantages of mountainous areas, guide the development of aquaculture focusing on large-scale aquaculture, improve aquaculture efficiency and benefit the people. Thirdly, take advantage of the natural village of Shihuitang Village, which is suitable for planting vegetables and Chinese herbal medicines, and learn from the vegetable planting mode of "company+base+farmer" in the northern mountainous area of XX County, and promote the cultivation of vegetables and Chinese herbal medicines of "company+base+farmer". At the same time, vigorously promote walnut, citrus and other forest species, and strive to promote the transformation of planting industry from a single grain production structure to a diversified structure of grain, forest, fruit and vegetables.
(2) Actively strive for projects and funds to further consolidate infrastructure construction. In view of the practical problems of public housing construction in some natural villages in Shihuitang, such as difficulty in walking, drinking water and lack of funds, we actively coordinate funds with higher-level governments and functional departments, help our unit as much as we can, try our best to solve the problems and difficulties faced by the masses, and further consolidate the infrastructure construction of the masses in mountainous areas.
(3) Relying on natural advantages, accelerate the cultivation of economic growth points. According to the branch secretary of Shihuitang village, the natural village planted in Shihuitang is suitable for the development of walnut, pear, citrus and other forest fruits. In recent years, the annual income of walnut growers in some natural villages has reached more than 20 thousand yuan, and walnut planting has become the most stable source of income for some villagers after flue-cured tobacco. At present, people are more enthusiastic about planting forest fruits. On this basis, make full use of the experience of people in Shihuitang Natural Village in planting and managing forest fruits such as walnuts, and combine with the trend that the prices of forest fruits such as walnuts have been rising year after year and the products are in short supply in recent years, actively publicize various policies to benefit the people, and vigorously guide the people to develop forest fruit planting, so as to make it a large-scale industrial planting, thus promoting the people to increase their income and become rich.
(4) Do everything possible to improve the cultural quality of the villagers. In view of the fact that most villagers rely on radio, television, fairs and neighborhoods to disseminate knowledge and information about farming, we should actively contact the agricultural technology departments and forestry departments, coordinate and strive for more experts or technicians to go to the fields to train villagers on farming knowledge, so that farmers can master scientific farming techniques, actively promote new varieties and improve the scientific and technological content of agricultural production.
