Content of safety team culture construction

The cultural construction of the security team takes improving the quality of employees as the first guarantee, meeting customers' electricity demand as the first requirement, and protecting employees' lives and national property safety as the first goal. By strengthening safety awareness, improving safety quality, standardizing safety management and implementing safety measures, the situation of safe production is consolidated and the long period of safe production is realized. (3) Strengthen safety education and improve safety quality.

The quality of employees determines the quality of an enterprise, and improving the quality of employees is the driving force and belonging point of safety culture construction. Adhere to the "persistent efforts" in safety production, constantly improve the training mechanism, actively implement training norms, strengthen occupational safety training, enhance the pertinence of training, and improve employees' practical operation skills and ability to analyze and solve problems. Organize counseling, technical lectures, accident prediction, anti-accident drills, computer simulation training and other activities. Improve the post skills of team members. " When strengthening the construction of safety culture, we should pay attention to analyzing the psychological factors of employees and help them overcome bad psychology and mentality. On the one hand, we should overcome the mentality of irrational behavior: psychological fatigue, illusion, luck, paralysis, bravado, depression, tension and so on. On the other hand, we should overcome the abnormal mentality during the accident: ignorance, laziness, carelessness, impatience, recklessness, panic, blind self-confidence and so on. In the construction of safety team culture, we should attach importance to psychological strengthening, use psychological formulas to cultivate identity psychology, stimulate imitation psychology, use conformity psychology to resolve frustration psychology, and cultivate employees' normal and healthy life and sunshine mentality; Be prepared for danger in times of peace at work, calm as water during normal operation, and strategize; When dealing with accidents, we should be fearless and orderly.
