What are the supporting methods of column composite steel formwork?
There are basically two forms of formwork support, namely, single-block on-site assembly and pre-assembly, and the latter can be divided into block assembly and integral assembly. (1) Single block assembly in place: first, put the four-sided formwork of the first column in place and assemble it with connecting angle formwork, which is higher than the flat formwork. Adjust the diagonal and fix it with column hoop. Then, based on the corner formwork connector attached to the first formwork, the second formwork is assembled in the same way until the column is high. When assembling each section, horizontal joints and vertical joints should be connected alternately with U-shaped cards. When installed to a certain height, they should be supported and fastened to prevent toppling. (2) Single-piece pre-assembly method: First, after checking that the diagonal, edge straightness and overall dimensions of the pre-assembled single-piece template are qualified, lift it in place and temporarily support it, then lift the second template in place, and combine it with the first template with a U-shaped card to form an L-shape, and support it at the same time. In this way, the templates of the third and fourth sheets are hoisted in place and assembled. After the formwork is assembled in place, immediately check its displacement, verticality and diagonal, and immediately install column hoop from bottom to top after correction. (3) Integral pre-assembly method: Before hoisting, it is necessary to check the diagonal deviation of the upper and lower openings of the formwork which has been assembled as a whole and the firmness of the connectors and column hoops, and tie the steel bars at the top of the column together with lead wires to facilitate the formwork to be covered from the top. After the pre-assembled formwork is hoisted in place, it should be supported by four cables and wind ropes or tied to the four corners of the column top with blue screws, and its centerline and deflection should be corrected. After the comprehensive inspection is qualified, it will be fixed in groups.
