Ideological and political education and moral cultivation are included in any era, any discipline and any educational activities, and cannot be separated at any time. The integration of ideological and political courses is a new concept, new orientation and new requirement put forward by the CPC Central Committee for ideological and political education, and it is a work guide to meet the requirements of practice and talent training.
Effectively promoting the integration of ideological and political courses has a specific action context and necessary logic to follow.
The present situation of the integrated construction of ideological and political courses;
1, the course content is incoherent.
Due to the different objectives, contents and methods of ideological and political courses in different periods, there is a lack of holistic thinking throughout each period, and there is little connection between the course contents. From a vertical perspective, the contents of textbooks in universities and primary and secondary schools are repetitive. From a horizontal point of view, there is also duplication between the "two courses" textbooks offered by universities, which leads to the waste of educational resources and reduces students' interest and enthusiasm in learning.
2. A single evaluation system.
In the evaluation of ideological and political course, the relationship between the value of ideological and political course and knowledge is separated, and the examination of knowledge is emphasized unilaterally. There is still a phenomenon of "school-only theory" in primary and secondary schools, and the assessment standards are mostly aimed at improving the enrollment rate, while the university assessment focuses on scientific research and achievements. Some assessment methods in universities, primary and secondary schools are theoretical examinations, which pay attention to scores.
Even many schools set up awards and grants based on test scores, but few moral feelings and behaviors are included in the assessment scope. Such an assessment mechanism is difficult to truly reflect students' ideological and political quality, which not only violates the original intention of ideological and political education, but also is not conducive to the healthy development of students' body and mind.
