In 2008, the staff of public institutions were recruited.
According to the "Implementation Plan of Public Recruitment and Employment of Staff in Public Institutions in General Office of Hohhot Municipal People's Government in 2008", with the approval of the municipal leaders, the public recruitment and employment of staff in public institutions 15 was conducted for the whole city by means of examination and assessment. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment and Employment Plan
The office affairs center of the general office of the municipal government recruits 5 staff members of public institutions, and the municipal administrative service center recruits staff members of public institutions 10. For details of the recruitment plan, please refer to the 2008 recruitment plan of public institutions of the General Office of Hohhot Municipal People's Government.
Second, the application conditions
(a) support the leadership of China * * * production party, law-abiding, moral integrity, hard-working, pioneering spirit and dedication. Have a certain professional theoretical foundation and writing ability, and have strong writing organization and language expression ability;
(2) 2008 graduates and previous graduates with master's degree or above enrolled by full-time colleges and universities;
(3) Under the age of 30 (born after July 1978 1);
(4) being in good health.
Third, apply for volunteers
Each candidate can only fill in one volunteer (see the 2008 recruitment and employment plan of the General Office of Hohhot Municipal People's Government for details). At the time of registration, candidates should fill in the Application Form for Public Recruitment and Employment of Staff in Public Institutions of Hohhot Municipal People's Government Office in 2008 and fill in the information card in detail, accurately and truly.
Four. Registration time, place and requirements
(1) Registration time: from July/KLOC-0 to July 8, 2008 (no rest on Saturday and Sunday), from 8: 30 am to 1 2: 00 pm and from 2: 30 pm to 5: 30 pm.
(2) Registration place: the third floor of Hohhot Administrative Service Center Building (opposite Inner Mongolia Hospital).
(3) Registration requirements: Applicants must submit the following materials when registering and register at the designated place.
1, original and photocopy of academic certificate (fresh graduates hold academic certificate issued by the school), and recommendation form stamped by the employment department of the college;

(4) Fees: The registration fee is 20 yuan per person, and the written test is 50 yuan per subject.

(2) Written test content: comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge (review scope and review books are not specified), with a full score of 100 for each subject.

(V) Calculation of written test scores: The written test scores are weighted according to the proportion of "comprehensive knowledge" accounting for 40% and "professional knowledge" accounting for 60%.
Mongolian, Daur, Oroqen and Ewenki candidates shall add 10 (5 points for comprehensive knowledge and 5 points for professional knowledge) to the weighted written test scores according to the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hohhot (Hufa [2007] No.50), and then calculate the written test scores by weighting. The calculation formula of written test score is: written test score = (comprehensive knowledge score +5 points) ×40%+ (professional knowledge score +5 points) ×60%.
The written test results will be announced at the registration place on the fifth day after the written test. According to the written test results, the office of the leading group for recruiting staff of public institutions in the general office of the municipal government arranges the written test results from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 3, and determines the interview candidates.
Sixth, the interview
(a) the interview is organized by the office of the leading group for the recruitment of staff of the municipal government.
(2) The interview was conducted in a structured way, with full score of 100. The interview results will be announced on the spot, and those who abstain will be replenished in turn.
(3) The time, place and expenses of the interview will be notified separately.
(4) After the interview, the total score of the exam is weighted according to the proportion of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score.
Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%
According to the order of the total test scores from high to low, it is determined to enter the test according to the ratio of 1: 1.3.
Seven, assessment and physical examination
(a) the assessment work is organized and implemented by the office of the leading group for the recruitment of staff in the general office of the municipal government and institutions. If the assessed object abstained, it will be replenished in turn.
(two) the medical examination is organized by the office of the leading group for the recruitment of staff in the general office of the municipal government and institutions, and the designated medical examination hospital. The items or standards of physical examination refer to the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation); "(Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.), those who fail to attend the physical examination on time without justifiable reasons or fail to pass the physical examination will be disqualified and replaced in turn.
Eight. Publicity and employment
The staff to be recruited shall be publicized on the Hohhot municipal government information website, and the staff confirmed by publicity shall be submitted to the relevant municipal departments for relevant procedures. Those who are incompetent during the probation period will be reported to the relevant departments for dismissal procedures. Employees shall be employed in accordance with the Administrative Measures for New Recruiters of Institutions Directly under Hohhot (Trial) (Hudang Ban Fa [2006]14), and the employment contract system and the basic old-age insurance system shall be implemented.
Nine. Discipline, discipline
The recruitment and employment work implements the avoidance system. Violation of relevant work discipline, depending on the seriousness of the case to give criticism or administrative sanctions; Candidates who violate the examination discipline will be criticized and educated or disqualified according to the seriousness of the case. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.
