In order to strengthen and standardize the safety training of production and business units, improve the safety quality of employees, prevent casualties and reduce occupational hazards, the Provisions on Safety Training of Production and Business Units are formulated in accordance with the Law on Safety in Production and relevant laws and administrative regulations. The "Regulations" on safety training of production and business units have been deliberated and adopted at the office meeting of Director state administration of work safety on February 28, 2005, and are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of March 28, 2006. The significance of safety training lies in improving the level of safety production through safety technical training and improving the technical knowledge level of workers through safety training.
