In the future, for social workers who have obtained certificates through vocational qualification examinations, the city will strive to be included in the professional and technical personnel system to provide space for social workers' career promotion. After their identity is clear, their wages and benefits will also be expected to increase. At present, 7505 people in the city have obtained the national professional qualification certificate for social workers.
In addition, during the year, the city will implement a three-year training program for community workers. In the future, 1 10,000 community workers will be trained every year, and more than 29,000 existing community workers will be trained in rotation within three years.
