Beijing Social Work Committee held a meeting on social construction in Beijing. Starting from this year, 1 10,000 social workers will be trained every year, and related measures such as training, management, evaluation and encouragement of social workers will also be introduced for trial this year. At the same time, this year, the city will also try out the system of purchasing social organization management posts to further promote the professionalization of social organization management teams.

Song Guilun, the Beijing Municipal Social Work Committee, said that this year, the Measures for Training, Management, Evaluation, Use and Incentive of Social Work Talents in Beijing will be formulated and implemented to further standardize the wages and benefits of community workers and improve the salary guarantee system. In the future, for social workers who have obtained certificates through vocational qualification examinations, the city will strive to be included in the professional and technical personnel system to provide space for social workers' career promotion. After their identity is clear, their wages and benefits will also be expected to increase. At present, 7505 people in the city have obtained the national professional qualification certificate for social workers.

In addition, during the year, the city will implement a three-year training program for community workers. In the future, 1 10,000 community workers will be trained every year, and more than 29,000 existing community workers will be trained in rotation within three years.
