Yimeng Mountain Yunmeng Scenic Area takes "three services first" as the standard, and builds a "six-in-one" working system in which everyone is a security officer, sanitation worker, interpreter, waiter, propagandist and administrator, so as to continuously improve the service quality of the scenic spot and enhance the tourist experience and satisfaction.

On August 7th-1 1, Yunmeng Scenic Area conducted tour guide training for the staff of each post according to the training scheme of tour guide service posts, so that each staff member can have the service ability to explain in the scenic spot. After the theoretical training, we will do practical exercises and correct the content, gestures and expressions of the trainers on the spot.

In the next step, Yunmeng Scenic Area will practice the service concept of "everyone is a commentator". Taking Jingangmen and Yuwangmiao Square as the pilot areas, two staff members are led by professional tour guides to explain and introduce scenic spots to tourists. Establish a working mode of "one expert and many functions, one post and many responsibilities" throughout the scenic spot to provide quality services for tourists and enhance the "soft power" of the service quality of the scenic spot.
