Those who can be trained or even listed as reserve cadres can go to Yan 'an Cadre College for training. The Cadre College, sponsored by the China Producer Party, educates leading cadres in party member on their ideals and beliefs and revolutionary traditions. It is a supplement to the Party School and the School of Administration. There are Jinggangshan Cadre College, Yan 'an Cadre College and Pudong Cadre College in the central government.
