This training has given me a lot of thoughts and deeply realized that I have a lot to learn. How to become a popular math teacher? How to create a good atmosphere for students in the teaching process and establish a new teacher-student relationship of equality, democracy and trust? How can I ...? I think there are still many problems to be solved, and we need to accumulate and learn constantly.

First, educate students, starting with love. Love of equality, love of understanding, love of respect and love of trust are the true meaning of teacher's love. No matter in life or in study, students should be given the necessary care and help. As long as you deal with problems in time, handle them properly and pay attention to communication with students, students will trust you and like you. Love for students is also manifested in teachers' respect and trust for students, as well as strict requirements for students, and attention should be paid to individual differences and differential treatment of students. For students with poor grades, our teachers should adopt different educational methods and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Teachers' love should be comprehensive and fair.

Secondly, how to make our math class more and more real, natural, thick and full of human feelings? As a math teacher, I should pay more attention to what is hidden in the math class and what can only be shared by the teachers and children present. I should attach importance to the positive emotional experience derived from the exploration and communication between teachers and students. We should not only impart knowledge, but also be good at mobilizing children's learning enthusiasm with our own wisdom, enlightening children's learning methods, enriching children's learning experience and opening children's learning wisdom. Let's act, be a concerned "chef" and make every math class a "delicious and nutritious" math feast for children!

Finally, I also realized that a good math class is innovative in concept, ingenious in design, successful in practice and subsequent success. A good math class should pay attention to two points: first, paying attention to students, starting from their reality, paying attention to their emotional needs and cognitive needs, and paying attention to their existing knowledge base and life experience are the necessary basis for a successful class. Second, attach importance to mathematics: grasp the essence of mathematics in teaching and pay attention to the infiltration of mathematical thinking methods, so that students have the opportunity to experience the learning process of mathematics in the process of observation, operation, reasoning and verification, so that students can really experience mathematics, enjoy learning and love learning mathematics. In addition, I realize that a good math class should not have a "show off" complex, advocate a "simple and profound, fresh and heavy" teaching style, show the power of thinking, pay attention to math methods, embody the soul of math class, and make math class interesting! The teacher's "leave room for playing dumb" is also a teaching wisdom and method.

Through these days' study, I have learned a lot, which not only broadens my horizons, enriches my practical experience, but also sublimates my thoughts, which gives me a newer understanding of mathematics teaching and makes me more enthusiastic about education. In the future, I will study harder and contribute to education.
