Unconsciously, the two-week practical pharmaceutical care training has ended. Every day, I just look up information, write prescriptions and attend more classes than usual. I should review what I have studied recently. However, I really gained a lot and learned a lot about asking questions and recommending drugs! Let me know the importance of drug safety!
This training is mainly to train our ability to ask questions and recommend drugs, simulate pharmacy or pharmacy scene, how to diagnose and identify according to patients' chief complaints and clinical manifestations, then recommend appropriate drugs, introduce medication methods and adverse reactions, tell patients some common precautions, and teach patients how to correctly use self-testing instruments such as thermometers and sphygmomanometers. Under the guidance of the teacher, the class is divided into one group with six people in each group to complete the task. Every day, we take a common disease as an example, make case diagnosis and analysis, prescribe by ourselves, and exercise our drug delivery ability; Then edit the situational dialogue to exercise our practical ability. There are ten diseases as examples: angina pectoris, diarrhea, peptic ulcer, cold, anemia, viral hepatitis, hypertension, insomnia, diabetes and tinea corporis. These are very common in daily life, and pharmacies often encounter them, so they have a direct impact on our future internship and employment.
I play a major role in the whole group, whether it is writing prescriptions or writing dialogues. Either discuss the prescription with the team leader or talk to the team members every day. I will also take the computer to input these contents and give them to other members for printing. All these make me consciously look for drugs related to diseases; Drug usage and dosage, adverse reactions, incompatibility, and precautions in life and diet; Words used when talking to patients. In addition, taking the stage to explain prescriptions and situational performances also benefited a lot. Only by mastering these contents can I speak well on the stage, so I force myself to read and recite repeatedly, so that I gradually have a clear mind and a good memory. What's more, the appearance and personal tone on stage can also show the attitude of a pharmacist. This training made us really realize the importance of this. Only by convincing patients can we increase their compliance, let drugs play a better role, truly serve patients and really think about their health.
Every day, the teacher will comment on each group after reading our prescriptions and situational performances. This is a very critical process, and we can learn a lot. From the first day, there were problems in each group, either the prescription format was wrong or the dosage was wrong; Either the language used in the dialogue is inappropriate or the matters needing attention in the dialogue are omitted. Listen to the teacher's comments every day, carefully record these mistakes, and pay attention to them the next day, so as to gradually improve your accuracy, and then keep your own bright spots and learn from the advantages of other groups. Only in this way can we do better and better, and finally get the teacher's praise.
Generally speaking, the purpose of training is to enable us to achieve: 1. The questioning attitude is kind and the language is popular. 2. The main points of the question are clear and comprehensive. 3. Accurate diagnosis of diseases. 4. The recommended drugs are correct, and the basis for selecting the recommended drugs can be accurately stated. 5. Introduce drugs accurately and comprehensively. 6. The guidelines for rational drug use are clear and comprehensive.
Through this training, we learned that pharmaceutical workers need to be careful and patient, and the staff must do this work carefully. Therefore, in the future study and work, we should study professional knowledge harder and cultivate the basic qualities that a pharmacist should have.
I deeply realized the importance of accumulating knowledge. Some topics were not mentioned in the book, so I didn't study them. I suddenly feel really ignorant when I do it. Although I can still solve the problem now, I still waste a lot of time, which I must improve in my future study. Another point, which is also an indispensable part of every training, is the mutual assistance among the students. There is nothing wrong with some things when you do them yourself, but when the teacher comments, you can find out the mistakes and let the students help you look at them. What you find is actually a small mistake. Therefore, it is very important to help each other. This is also crucial in future work or life.
This is a summary of my own training. It is very likely that we are the same school and the same teacher. Just don't copy. Thank you! )
