In order to improve the overall quality of village cadres after the change of village "two committees" and promote the all-round development of villages and towns, after the election of village-level organizations, all localities actively take various forms to do a good job in training village cadres and strive to improve their "entrepreneurial innovation" and ability to lead the construction of new countryside. The author believes that the following points should be done well in the training of village cadres after the transition: First, adhere to the linkage between urban and rural areas and carry out the training of village cadres at different levels. Adhere to the principle of hierarchical teaching and hierarchical training, further expand the service functions of party schools and distance education at all levels according to the requirements of "full coverage, high quality and multi-means", set up training branches in towns and villages, set up training bases in villages, form a three-level linkage training pattern, and clarify the responsibilities and tasks of organizations at all levels in the training of village cadres. Training should be carried out by combining theoretical study with business knowledge study, combining large class teaching with small class discussion, and combining classroom learning with extracurricular experience exchange. Determine the teaching content around the practical problems that need to be solved urgently at present, form sections such as job responsibilities, professional knowledge and work tasks, and enhance the pertinence of education and training. Pay attention to political theory and practical ability, and comprehensively strengthen the quality and ability training of village cadres. In terms of political theory, we mainly study the line, principles and policies of party constitution and the Party in rural areas and implement Scientific Outlook on Development, so as to improve the theoretical level of village cadres' policies. At the same time, we should pay attention to knowledge training in science and technology culture, human geography and social development, and further improve the knowledge structure of village cadres. In terms of practical ability, we will focus on learning new rural construction business, rural economic and social management, rural laws and regulations, and organizational construction, urban and rural planning, village management, social stability, family planning and other contents needed to carry out rural work, so as to continuously improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of village cadres. Third, relying on distance education to improve the overall level of village cadres.
