According to the requirements of "Notice of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education on Coordinating the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation and Putonghua Proficiency Test" (Jin Education Letter [2020] No.3), combined with the actual situation of Putonghua Proficiency Test in our city, we made active preparations, carefully planned and made great efforts to prevent and control the epidemic situation. With the approval of the superior unit, our station will carry out the Putonghua proficiency test in an orderly manner. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:

According to Article 8 of the Regulations on the Administration of Putonghua Proficiency Test, in principle, the test shall be administered in a territorial manner. Anyone who is registered in Taiyuan and lives and works in Taiyuan can sign up at our station, and students at school must go back to school to take the exam organized by the school. (Candidates who do not meet the requirements of our station are not allowed to register)

Our station will conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of all candidates who register online within 5 working days after the registration. Please pay attention to the examination notice and the qualified list of preliminary qualification issued by this WeChat public platform.

(1) Online Registration:

All occupations choose "Other";

If it is a household registration in Taiyuan, the unit needs to fill in the ID address (if the ID address is inconsistent with the location of the household registration, the address of the household registration needs to be filled in);

If you are a resident of Taiyuan, you need to fill in the residential address registered on the residence permit;

If you work in Taiyuan, you need to fill in the full name of the company (it must be exactly the same as the company name on the work certificate).

Please check the information carefully. If the information is wrong or the photo does not meet the requirements (because it cannot be modified), the registration will not be accepted.

(2) On-site confirmation:

It is planned to organize on-site confirmation in late July 2020, subject to the time and place announced in the audit notice.

(3) Formal test:

It is planned to organize the test in early August, 2020. The specific time and place will depend on the time and place on the admission ticket received at the on-site confirmation.

According to Article 22 of the Regulations on the Management of Putonghua Proficiency Test, the interval between the candidate's re-application for the test and the previous test should be no less than 3 months. Candidates who miss the exam and fail the exam after registration can't register again at the test sites in the province within 3 months (the system is automatically controlled and the whole province is networked).

You can check the results within 60 working days after the exam. Please pay attention to the licensing notice issued by this WeChat public platform for the specific licensing time.
