School profile, Hu 'nan Vocational College of Finance and Economics
Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics Industry is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning headed by the Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Hengyang Municipal People's Government.

College covers an area of 1026 mu. Founded in 1958, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2004. College is a demonstration (backbone) vocational college in Hunan Province, a provincial excellent vocational college construction unit, a national (provincial) high-skilled talent training base, an excellent school for talent training level evaluation of the Ministry of Education, an industrial robot application talent training center of the Ministry of Education, and a national accounting double-qualified training base.

The college has six departments, including accounting department, mechanical and electrical engineering department, economic and trade department, electronic information department, automobile engineering department and modern logistics department, and offers 2 1 specialty.

Competition results:

In the past five years, students have won 7 national first prizes, 5 second prizes, 55 provincial first prizes, 56 second prizes and 52 third prizes, ranking sixth in the province. The accounting major won the first prize of the provincial skill competition group for 10 year in a row, and participated in the national competition on behalf of Hunan Province for 6 years in a row, winning the national first prize for 3 times and the second prize for 3 times.
